Worst burger I’ve had in ages. My medium burger was rare and worst of all crispy on the outside!!! Don’t support these subpar chains. I am done with Uno’s forever. 2nd bad meal I’ve had here.

What the Hell happen to this Uno? Half empty restaurant, ½ hour wait in an over crowded bar. Horrible slow service with a bad I don’t give a f*** service. We were seated in the bar and waited about 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Ms. A came over and took our order and we just slipped in for the ½ price appetizers they offer 4 – 7 pm. The Onion rings were not bad for being frozen but why one of the dipping sauces was BBQ sauce, I’ll never know. Just weird. The ranch was good though. Our individual pizzas arrived piping hot. Ms. A came back asking if we needed anything, I asked for a water. after about 10 minutes it came«Oh, I forgot to bring you water, didn’t I?» in a sing song voice. I apologize for the wait would have been appropriate, that comment cost her most of her tip. I suspect something is up with this location, like it is getting ready to close because it was pretty much a cluster. The food was good though. We will go to Henrietta next time.

I used to work for Pizzeria Uno for seven years(not the webster one). Although no place is perfect, I can honestly say that I am proud to have worked here. Pizzeria Uno is the reason I expect such quality in the food and great customer service when I go out to eat. They drilled and drilled into us hospitality. They also have a policy where they won’t say no to a guest, obviously within reason. If you want something that’s not on the menu and they have it in house they will make it for you. They honestly strive to make their GUESTS happy, as they are not customers. They have very high standards for their employees and won’t just settle. ANYWAY lol I’ve gone to the Webster one twice and had an awesome experience. When you sit at the bar for happy hour is from 4 to 7 and you get half price appetizers. The only issue I have with their happy hour as if they only have happy hour beer no mixed drinks or any of their signature cocktails. I believe this would help bring more people in as their drinks are normally a little pricy. Jess was our bartender and she took great of us There are many things I recommend on this menu. To start off, a staple of unos is their pizza skins. This is the deep dish pizza crust filled with mashed potatoes cheddar and bacon. Can you say wow?! My next favorite is a pasta dish which is the chicken spinnoccoli. This is a stuffed chicken on top of a bed of Alfredo pesto penne and a little bit of tomato sauce. This combination may sound weird but it is heavenly. Their pesto is one of the best around. You can’t go wrong with any deep dish pizza or even the flat breads. The deep dish crust is buttery and crisp, very addicting. My favorite flat bread is the roasted eggplant. This also has pesto on it with perfectly cooked eggplant, caramelized onions, sun dried tomatoes and a few other things. Even after working there for 7 years I can still say they have great food and great service :-) Oh! I forgot about their lunch specials I can’t remember them exactly but I know that they’re great and they offer a soup bar which is all you can eat. The turkey bacon Swiss sandwich is my favorite or the Honeycrisp salad. I better stop cuz I could go on all day! Thank you Unos, you instilled in me a great work ethic and showed me what to expect when I go out and dine, to be treated like family.

Got back to our hotel and nothing was open after 10pm except for Uno Pizzeria. We got mushroom, onion and olives on our pizza. I didn’t realize that it would be a deep dish pizza; maybe I forgot to specify which I wanted. It was fantastic and too much for two people to eat; the leftovers the next day were great!

This Uno’s is conveniently located in the Webster Towne Center. I’ve never been there at a time when I’ve had to wait more than 5 minutes for a table; they certainly get an A+ for that. The wait staff is friendly and knowledgable about their incredibly long menu. The food is great and is always delivered in a timely fashion. I’m probably the only person in my family who despises deep dish pizzas but there are so many other great entrees to choose from. Uno’s is a good choice for tasty food without having to wait forever for it.

Twice now I have tried to order curbside from the Webster location. The first time my order was«lost» and never made. The second, well it was about 25 minutes later than I had requested. Unacceptable from a service standpoint.

Slow to get a waitress. Not very many diners. Appetizers arrived quickly. Dinner was adequate.

Husband’s choice this evening for his birthday. I hadn’t been here in a while, and was surprised to see that they don’t have the spinoccoli pizza anymore. I decided to MYOP(Make your own pizza) with spinach, broccoli, and kalamata olives. I went deep dish of course, because I feel like you have to if you’re getting Chicago pizza. Hubby had a burger and was pleased with it. I liked the pizza too. We also tried their cheese sticks, which were different but good. I never would have imagined grilled cheese as cheese sticks but it worked. While I still think they are a bit pricey, the food was good, the service was good, and the free wi-fi was a definite plus!

How in the world did spaghetti wind up in my rigatoni? Really, I can understand the inherent flaws in a chain restaurant… but…those flaws are no excuse for subpar quality and service. Wait times are too long, noise is far too loud, service is lacking(at best). Do yourself a favor and visit Peaches Café across the plaza, rather than subject yourself to such an environment. You will not regret it.
