This hotel was disgusting. When we first pulled into the parking lot, there were a bunch of shady looking men standing around drinking and smoking. And this was the norm both nights we stayed here. It’s really run down and needs a lot of updates. If it had been before 6pm, I would have cancelled my reservation. Both nights we stayed here, all we heard all night long was people running up and down the hallways, yelling to each other in the hallways and doors slamming. The breakfast is average, but it would be nicer if there were more than five or six tables. For the price, I would have expected this to be a nicer place. Next time we come to this area, I’ll spend the extra $ 40 a night and stay down the street.

I stayed here July 18, 2014. I asked for a handicapped accessible room because my friend who’s in an electric power chair was with me. The guy at the front desk tried to charge me more because«first floor rooms cost more», which I think is actually illegal by the ADA. I talked him into giving us the«second floor» cheaper rate and went on my way. We pulled the van around and put the ramp down, only to find no ramps on that side of the hotel. We went around the back side where the handicapped spaces were, and the sidewalk wasn’t even wide enough for a wheelchair to get by. We nearly got stuck in the mud trying to get around to the«handicapped accessible» room! The guy failed to mention any of this at check in. Upon getting into the room, the AC was off(in dead of summer Houston), and we noticed the paint peeling all over the place. There was even duct tape on the shower curtain. The closest outlet to the bed was inaccessible which meant phones charging had to go across the room. This hotel was all around just dirty. Especially for $ 100+ per night. Stay away!

This hotel was disgusting! The comfortor looked like it had never been washed and it had holes all over it. The blankets and sheets underneath also had holes in them. The blankets actually looked like someone had chewed on the edges! The towels were so worn down in some places you could see right through them. We also found a used rusty earring on the floor sticking straight up. Thank goodness we had our shoes on the whole time! I can believe they charge almost $ 70 for a room! This is more like a $ 30 motel. In addition it was extremely outdated. AC unit was loud and sounded like it was about to explode! This place is awful!

Older hotel but very clean, quiet and great staff. Reservation through Days Inn and received 15% discount for two nights stay. Cost 127.00. It’s not the Animal Kingdom Hotel. and as a Disney Vacation cClub member I have stayed at their hotels. But if your looking for a good place to sleep while visiting family… this it is.

Our family enjoyed staying at this hotel. We drove from Dallas straight to the NASA museum, which was a 4 ½ hour drive. We enjoyed the museum for 4 hours. After this very long day we needed to go to the hotel. The best part was that the hotel was less than 5 minutes away. We checked in at 6 and were in our room by 615. The staff was very courteous and helpful. It happened to be the 4th of July that day and we did not expect to see fireworks; however the city of Webster had their display and it could be seen clearly from our hotel. We used the swimming pool until we started seeing the fireworks and then went and sat outside to enjoy them. The overall experience was wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was great, but if you went at the wrong time(8 am) it was packed. They dont have a very big dining area. I would and have recommended this hotel to people.

TRUCKPARKING in the CLEARLAKE area! Yeah! Of course you do have to back into the parking lot and manage not to hit the little red polls and the fence between the hotel and the apartments next door, but TRUCK-PARKING! Not to mention, the two women that we dealt with(Angel and Amy) were FANTASTIC and went out of their way to help me, even when I had to call repeatedly and ask for directions and confirm that there was in fact room for big trucks. We stayed in a King size«jacuzzi» room on the bottom floor for the first night. The room was spotless, the sheets were clean and it smelled nice. The television worked just fine and even had HBO! We called to complain about our noisy neighbors and she didn’t even hesitate to move us to another, BIGGER room with a jacuzzi tub TWICE the size of the one we had before with no extra charge. Absolutely loved staying here, really felt like home and the women up front were extraordinary. WILL be staying here again! Oh and 62.50 $ for a King sized bed and jacuzzi tub? Uhm, no-brainer!
