Worse pad Thai ever. I know it’s a Chinese restaurant but if they are going to try another culture’s mainstay they should know how to make it. Just noodles. And a few bits of tofu. Nothing else. No flavor. No excitement. No eat! I imagine the other food is good or at least decent. Give it a try but don’t order pad Thai!

This place is my family’s go to for Chinese takeout. The food is pretty standard as to what you would expect from an American Chinese restaurant. The ingredients are fresh, and the portions extremely generous.
There is something to please every palate! Just be sure to double check your order when you pick it up… Every once in a great while, I’ve found a dish missing. Whenever this happened in the past, the staff was very apologetic and quickly made it for me.
Great food, fresh ingredients, large portions, great service!

As far as take out Chinese food goes, this place is pretty standard. However, the service is always good and the food is always hot and fresh.
You have the option to order online. If you’re one who hates talking on the phone, much like myself, this is a huge plus.
The five star rating comes from the service received just today. I placed an order thru BeyondMenu, their online ordering site but i thought I ordered twice by mistake. My husband called to ask, they took our number down just in case, and called us back within ten minutes.
Our order had never went through, so they asked us to place it over the phone and were happy to honor the lunch special even though it was the cut off point (3pm).
Really pleased with the service, considering some of the other reviewers seemed to have bad experiences. I’d recommend this play if you’re in the mood for good Chinese delivery.

Their prices have gradually increased to a point where we seldom eat here anymore. If we don’t mind paying too much for for their food, we order 2 soups and anything with snow peas (I see them snap bushels of them by hand every time I go in there).

i called to express my dismay. i was composed and kind… i was called a liar and hung up on by the female owner. i called back out of sheer shock from being treated to horrendously and rude beyond words… again i was virtually called a liar by another american guy working there. my brother recommended this restaurant to me. i loved their hot and sour soup 2x. however one night recently i offered to bring food over to a friends and went there. the hot and sour soup tasted like dish water. i am allergic to onions and reiterated i didn’t want onions in my food; no problem the woman owner told me. i ordered something benign for my friend; she doesn’t like spicey food. well we get it home, my food full of onions and her dry as a bone. no white sauce, no liquid. they seemed really perplex while i was ordering too. i called to express my dismay. i was composed and kind… i was called a liar and hung up on by the female owner. i called back out of sheer shock from being treated to horrendously and rude beyond words… again i was virtually called a liar by another american guy working there. i was 20 – 30 mins away. i wanted credit to my account, but NO… bring food back because you are a liar and we don’t believe you. i will never go back nor will my brother his family or anyone we know. customer service non-​existent. never have i been treated so rude or hung up on with the exception of jade palace. same experience… same owners? never again.

Saddddd panda :(I’m 90% sure they got new owners/​management/​chefs because the food isn’t what it used to be. The food used to be sooo good, and now it’s just like every other chinese restaurant. What happened guys? Bring the old chef back if you fired him/​her.

Subpar, mediocre service. My coworkers get this every Wednesday for «Chinese Wednesdays», I had it once and was extremely sick. The spice on the general toss was great, but the chicken was NOT cooked thoroughly.
Then — I found a hair in my rice.
Give Spring Garden a try, it’s right down the road! I always go the extra distance just for better quality and friendlier service.

I love this place. The online ordering makes the process incredibly simple and efficient. The food is prepared excellent and is among the best tasting Chinese food that I have had in the Rochester area. It is right up there with NYC quality Chinese food. Delivery is quick as can be and staff are very friendly.

This food is better than Chinatown delivery in Manhattan. I’m from ROC originally but currently living in NYC chinatown and I will say I’m very impressed. I did order the typical general tso combo (white meat option earns points) and veggie lo mein but everything was delish. Highly recommend! :)

When Ordering I ask for chili oil delivered no chili oil and found a staple in my hot sour soup plus my order of mei fun was really dry

This carryout –has a huge menu to choose maybe a little overwhelming but ordered combo lo-​mein, rib (not full of grease) tip were excellent as was the dumplings. The won ton soup was piping hot and the kid who goes to U of R was friendly and gave us some pointer about the school since he attends there while we waited for our food. This place will not disappoint.

This place always has very very fresh tasting food. They never get the order wrong either. 20 in there, the kitchen is rather small, in the entire restaurant really is quite cramped. To me, this is an indicator it will probably be a very high quality establishment. They work very efficiently, and they have a system in place that can be imitated in any other like establishment.
Highly recommend. Nothing extraordinary with regard to experimental menu items, just a very concise operation.

This is the best place for inexpensive fresh Chinese. It is my go to place for amazing crab rangoons and Szechuan beef! Fast delivery and online ordering… doesn’t get better!
