Great Win Chinese Restaurant

This place is hit or miss, but when you order for delivery it takes forever!!! We just ordered food it was half hour late, food was soggy as all get out. The food was cold to touch. My wife asked for side of duck sauce, yep it opened and spilled everywhere ! Never Again!

Eek! Methinks not is right!
I should have not picked up the food I ordered but I was oblivious to the red flags hitting me in the face from the beginning.
I drove into the parking lot to pick up my food and it STUNK and was filled with garbage.
It was a hot day – and the dumpster at the end of the driveway was overflowing with garbage.
Garbage all around the dumpster and blowing around.
Clue Number One that I should have kept driving and not gone in.
Went in and there is a tore up black leather couch against the wall.
With (what I think) were 2 of the cooks passed out sleeping on the couch???
Not something I am used to seeing.
Clue number two – I should have turned around and left.
Went to the counter to get my order.
Right behind the counter is a door that was partially opened and it is a bathroom.
A bathroom with a tub and shower.
And a kid in there that was taking a bath.
This is literally right in the kitchen.
I mean the door opens and you are behind the counter – which leads to an open kitchen.
Disgusting! Seriously fowl.
I picked up the order – went to my car – and sat there for a second looking at the garbage all over the place.
Then this guy (don’t know who is was a cook, or what) but he was someone who worked there because he walked out of the kitchen staff door and stood there for a minute, then lit a cigarette.
I started my car to leave – and I looked over at him and he was picking a wedgie out of his butt.
I KID YOU NOT. It was disgusting!
I went home – looked at my food and it was the most unappetizing Chinese take out I have ever seen.
I ordered a shrimp and scallop dish.
First of all –there was about 4 green peppers cut up in there.
Three shrimp and I think if I put all the scallop parts together it would have made up one complete scallop.
All covered in a thick brown sauce.
The whole experience was horrible.
I will never go back there.
The stink of the garbage in the parking lot, the sleeping workers in the waiting area, the cigarette wedgie picking man and the crappy food make me want to give this place a negative 5 stars.
I really can’t believe this place is still in business. Disgusting!

When I first move to Rochester I came to this place I’m not a big fast food person because I cook everything at home, that being said I came here in 2002 the food was great then the original owner sold the place and know the food doesn’t even deserve a star the rice was crunchy and the shredded beef was bland. Take it from me the food is crap crap crap Hahahaha so it looks like I can’t leave a review without giving it a star so I’m forced to do something I don’t want to but trust me the one star is not even worth it

garbage food customer service is bad they charge 3.00 delivery fee and even ask for a top

I grew up eating here since they opened in the 90s. The food was awesome. Since it’s been sold to new owners the quality had seriously gone down hill. The rice is undercooked. The portions have gotten smaller and the prices have gone up.

If I had the option of giving a Negative Star Rate– I would do it!!!
Dont go here… My Boyfriend and I decided to try this place as we are from out of town. I heard a couple mixed reviews about it but we decided to give it a shot. We were really craving some chinese. So we ordered for take out and when we went to pick it up, everything seemed normal. My boyfriend ordered the Sesame Chicken and I think i ordered the General Tso’s chicken. I believe the order came with fried rice and we also ordered Crab Ragoons. It smelled good. It looked good. There were no signs of what we endured next…
We ate the food with no problems. It was such a large order that we did not finish either of our orders. Later that night, after we went to bed; my boyfriend pops up out of bed and runs to the bathroom/​toilet. He puked for the rest of the night and then some… I wont go into details but TRUST ME on this. DONT GO HERE! It lasted for 3 days. I also had some side effects from the food… Again no details but the bathrooms have seen better days. I could not even get out of bed and take a shower. I couldnt hold any type of food down. We tried to eat Chicken Noodle soup… but that came right back up.
Worst experience ever!!! Next time when I hear the bad rumors about a Sketchy Chinese place… I’ll believe it!
P. S.- The left over food immediately went into the garbage the second I had strength to stand up. Bleh!!!
