Always 99+ Store

If it would have allowed me to give it 0 stars I would have. This store is a monstrosity and should promptly be shut down. I went in for two things. A gift bag and tissue paper. Some things are priced and others are not but NOT EVERYTHING is 99cents here. However that wasn’t even the worst part. I only had my card with me and when I went up to purchase the items she informed me that I needed to make at least a $ 10 purchase in order to use my card. I left ALL of the items. This is 2015 and they had no technology to allow me to use my card, and with no cash on hand it was inconvenient. The woman behind the counter (possibly the owner) was rude as well. The carpet in this place NEEDS to be replaced. There are boxes all along the aisles unpacked and some unopened. This store has probably violated every fire code out there. I will never go in there ever again and I told the woman walking in as I left the exact same thing. End rant.
