To the lady who snarled at my son at once upon a child today, you should probably find a different job. Not everyone is capable of working in a place for children. My boys started the day early, they are 2 and 5. Obviously young and hard to keep calm for long periods of time. After riding in the car for most of the morning, eating lunch, a doctor’s appointment hair cuts, and a little more driving and no nap, they behaved very well. We came into your store and we were only there for about 20 min. When my 2 year old decided to sit in one of the bouncy chairs… I let him. He wasn’t hurting anything and he was being quite. Obviously if he would have been being destructive or inconsiderate I would have stopped him. I was in line to check out and you were snarling and me and him. You made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome in a place I should have felt welcome. I can understand if you have politely asked me to get him off, but you didn’t. You made ugly comments to your coworkers and it was uncalled for and unprofessional. I will most likely not return to this business.

This store is a complete joke and a waste of time. The staff was exceptionally rude from the beginning. There is no consensus as to why one piece of clothing is acceptable and why another is passed on. The staff did NOT go through the majority of the clothes I brought in even though we had a 3 hour wait time. Instead deciding to pick and chose what was worth their time, meaning whatever is easiest. They excepted worn in shoes, but then passed on never worn onesies and 24 month shirts. The excuse given was that the clothes were moist, an outright lie. I understand that this store is not a goodwill, and that there are standards. However, if you are going to complain that the clothes I am trying to sell are too«worn», then the clothes on your rack better look brand spankin new compared to what I have brought in and they DONOT. Also, if the store simply has too much inventory and can not take anymore of a certain size then just say so. There is no need to lie. So just to recap the staff is exceedingly and unnecessarily rude. The store is dirty with food on the floor, and the buy back is inconsistent and subjective.

Don’t go its a waste of time I took a whole garbage bag full of clothes with brand new shoes they took 3 hrs to look through it and they said they wanted 11 items for $ 14.05 and they were all brand new items I don’t think so I’ll pass on that one last time I went they gave me $ 5 for 8 items really I was desperate and needed the money so I took it but not this time just have a garage sale you will get more money like that. Seriously I wouldn’t even look at the positive ones there probably employees.

This place is horrible! They don’t even deserve 1 star! Do not waste your time trying to sell anything here. The customer service is terrible. I took my daughter’s exersaucer, bouncer, some gently worn shoes, and clothes(alot of them which still had the tags on them) and was told they weren’t sure if they could buy the bouncer and the small bag of clothes I had would take until eight to be ready for pick up. It was four at the time and I live an hour away. I went outside to get the exersaucer because on my first trip in I couldn’t carry it all because I had my 2 year old daughter with me. After spending 10 minutes outside putting all the toys on the top I took it in only to be told it «had too many stains». I looked at the thing 10 times before and after I was told that and I still see no stains. The employees are beyond picky and this store needs some major help. I told them to forget it and took my stuff back out to my car. Worst experience ever and a huge waste of time!

I will definitely be returning to this location. The staff was friendly and I had a quote for my items way quicker than expected. Shawn was the associate who took care of me and she was so nice and sweet. She made me feel comfortable and she also made me want to go home and dig up more clothes just to come back to this location to sell. This store location has a great vibe and I have nothing negative to say. I suggest everyone shop and sell here! :)

Today was my first time to sell to this store. I gathered up quite a bit of stuff my son has either outgrown or no longer plays with. As the employee recommended when I called, I brought my items in as soon as they opened at 10. I was given a return time of 2:45 to pick up my offer /leftovers. My offer was ready on time and I feel the money offered was fair. The biggest plus being that I got the stuff out of my house, got money for it, and did not have to have a garage sale. The items they declined to buy either had stains that I missed, or had quite a bit of wear. I’m glad I found this store and plan to use them frequently when purging my items. I only wish there was a store like this to buy my no-longer-needed household items!

Went in about two weeks ago. I won’t be returning. I called to get a time quote for a drop off because I had my 1 and 3 year old with me and didn’t want to waste time lugging them and two huge bins of clothing in if it was going to be longer than the 3 hours we’d be in the area. We were 5 minutes away and the girl wouldn’t quote me a time. Ok. I can get past that. Lug my bins and kids in and one of the girls was very rude! Mentioning how the clothes were just«thrown» in the bins. They were not. They were stacked flat. They told me when to come back. It was about two hours which was fine with me. This was on a weekday afternoon. The rude girl was not the one to check me out. It was a different girl and although she wasn’t friendly, she also wasn’t rude. Here’s the real reason I will never return. Out of my two huge bins they took next to nothing. Our stuff was from Gap, Carters and Old Navy. There was also some Circo(Target). I get being choosy with some Carters/Circo stuff, I do. Even Old Navy, but GAP? Brand new condition stuff? One of the pants had never been worn. All of the clothing had been purchased within the past year… all first hand. No staining, no fading. They even turned away two things with TAGS. Huge waste of time. Never again.

I had the same experience as other reviewers: 1. Extremely long wait times even after calling and inquiring about buying procedures. 2. Dirty and unorganized store with clothes crammed onto racks(and not in size order). 3. Unnecessarily picky about choosing clothes. If you have Circo, Carter’s or other brands they’ll probably take them. Bring anything nicer elsewhere or sell it on your own.

They are unnecessarily picky about the clothes that they will take from you. I brought in 3 boxes of clothes and they took maybe four or five dresses. When I went in there originally I spoke with the manager and life was easy, but went back a second time and she wasn’t there. It was an awful experience that time around. It’s like the second the manager leaves everybody forgets what they are doing. I understand that they have a lot of stuff, but I wish they would put a little more effort into organization. The whole store seems a little cluttered. Other than that… Other than ALL of that… It was okay.

It’s not worth the time. Typically they have a 5 – 6 hour backlog. It takes them a long time to ‘price’ potential donations. That means that you’ll have to wait 5 – 6 hours before you even know if they’ll buy anything. It’s a great option if you live nearby, but not if you don’t.

Ok, so it takes a while for the staff to go through your clothing and decide what they want to buy… but I have never had more than an hour wait, personally. It is best to go during the week to sell. If you are a clothes hound like I am, this store is like Disney World. If you are in the mood for digging around(yes, there is a ton of stuff in this store) it is a great experience. I always find adorable clothes for my 3 yr. old at a FRACTION of what they would cost in a normal retail store. LOVETHISSTORE.

Will never go back to this location. I went to try to sell some baby clothes and they told me it would be a 2 hour wait! I tried to look around for a few minutes and I couldn’t even walk down a few of their aisle, they had so much junk and toys blocking the way so I just turned around and left. The girls that worked there were incredibly rude as well. This was my first and last trip to this store.

Horrible customer service! I drove from sugar land to friendswood hoping to sell some of my daughter’s clothes. When I got there, they told me there was 6 hours wait! I told them I called before I headed that way n as courtesy they should have told me about the wait! Horrible!
