My husband and I have been eating at the Weaverville Mill Restaurant for several years now. We just love the down-home atmosphere and the food is fabulous. Sally the owner is very personable and always makes you feel welcome. If you enjoy a quiet evening just sitting on the porch listening to the babbling brook and enjoying a great meal then this is the place for you! The mill is beautiful and very reminiscent of days gone bye.

This is my favorite restaurant in Weaverville! We go every time I’m back in town. Excellent food, great hospitality. Sally Smith is a local gem… been serving since I was a little girl(I’m 24 now!). Get the trout.

Pretty cool environment … Great service. Twas empty at 6p on a Sunday still very slow order to table Food was pretty good but not great … We tried six different entrees … Prime rib was grilled … A bit odd … The special was a cherry glazed pork … Excellent Wish it was better … Great people … But was only a three … Gets some hype because of the building I imagine Ps only opened for dinner the through Sunday

The mountains of western North Carolina are home sweet home for me and the surrounding communities… like Weaverville, also are great little places to visit and partake in eating experiences. Weaverville Milling Company is a family owned establishment that a good friend of mine family owns. This was a was a working grain mill form 1912 to 1965 and in this modern age, it has come to represent fine food in a very«unique historic atmosphere.» They are a dinner place mainly and dinners include a choice of Two: garden fresh salad with homemade dressing, vegetable du jour, herb rice, or potato du jour~ and fresh-baked rolls. The menu has a little bit of everything for everyone. This establishment has been featured in Southern Living Magazine… and for your Midwesterns that may not mean much, but for a Southern it is a big deal. The meal can also host parties of up to 250 people, so big or small, it is a great place for a great meal.
