Since growing up here I’ve been visiting Ingles since about the time I was born. I know they have evolved over the years they’re still pretty much the angles my childhood though they do have a pretty significant selection now and trying to mirror the larger more modern stores such as Harris Teeter and the like. Everything from Delhi to butcher the pharmacy they have just about a little bit of everything. Coming later the spring action going to have an outdoor center again mimicking a larger behemoth Walmart and the overall competition for my business. I think the one thing that’s probably a negative and why doesn’t get five stars is that though it does have a Starbucks inside the employees are considered Ingles employees and no tipping is allowed but I think in the grand scheme of things is a bit unfair

Pretty good local grocery store. Sometimes they have a hard time keeping certain items in stock. They seem pretty slow to catch on to what people really want… because of this I find myself having to go to Harris Teeter and The Fresh Market to pick up those few items that Ingles can’t seem to get. All in all, it’s a pretty good southern locally based grocery store. They’re very close to where I live, so that’s another bonus in my book… plus this location is open 24hrs. They have a huge diverse wine selection here, and a big walk-in beer cooler, where you can buy full size kegs of several different brands. There’s also a Starbucks inside this location as well. They got a great deli where they make fresh rotisserie chickens everyday delicious Boar’s Head meats and cheeses. Plus they have a full bakery.

We pit-stopped here to grab food for a long weekend at a cabin. I was expecting a pigglywiggly-like establishment but instead found one of the nicest, cleanest, largest grocery stores I’ve ever been in. It has a surprisingly large selection of organic/local/specialty foods(freshly ground peanut/almond butter! Beautiful salad/antipasto bar!) and reminded me of an unpretentious Whole Foods that still offers normal foods too. There’s also a Starbucks inside.

I don’t know about the rest of the store, but they have a Starbucks here!
