A very charming little gem in Weaverville. You literally walk into a book mine here! Tons of books new & old piled high on the shelves & boxes all sorted by genres. I loved that I was able to buy a few books here to pass the time during my 3-month internship a few summers ago. The staff were also very helpful & friendly. Bookworms, this place is heaven!

Cute little store with tons of used books. Unfortunately for me, the service was horrible. One lady was working on the computer behind the desk and wouldn’t even look up at me when I asked her for some books. She was very condescending and rude. I was 100% turned off by this place because of the lack of service.

Weaverville is a tiny town that seems to be a few or 50 years behind so I never expect much which helps sometimes because I don’t get my hopes up. I was pretty surprised with the amount of books that had been squished into a small space. So many books that a lot of them are just sitting in boxes. Although it’s packed and cramped it is well organized and if you ask for help to find an author they are more than happy to help. There isn’t much to do in this town so you might need a few extra books.

This is a lovely used book store, with a ton of books. There are so many that a lot of the floor space is taken up by books in boxes. They also have a good sized selection of books on tape/CD. The store has that yummy old-book smell that just sends me. And the barbershop lady came over from next door and gave me zucchini. I’m makin’ bread!
