They closed at one point, then reopened. The yuppies have returned, and that includes that wannabes like me. Dislike the crowded interior and seats. Typical starbucks though, with friendly and attentive workers.

Larger indoor seating than most. Great location. Love the drive thru! Using mobile order I’m in and out in minutes!

As a gold card Starbucks guy I’ve seen a lot of them in many widely diverse cities. Some qualify as Slowbucks but that’s not the complete picture here. It could be because it’s fairly new or the drive through aspect but the staff in this place all seem to be flying blind at the least they’re not on the same page. Not what one normally sees at Starbucks even the slow ones. I hope it straightens out as it’s the closest to my home. As an aside it’s also very close to one they closed a few years ago that was much more pleasant with a very on the ball staff.

It was really ok. Latte tasted crappy but I had no time to tell them to remake it since I had already waited 9 minutes to get it. You would think the store was packed. Nope only one person was in front of me and they ordered a venti pike. They cater more to the drive thru than the in-store customers. When I pulled up there was a line almost around the front so opted to go inside. Noting the car that was last to see if I made the better choice going inside. Nope that car got its order in and coffee and drove off before I was even given my coffee.

Im here everyday! Friendly service & the usual great coffee. BUT the parking lot/drive thru is too hectic. hard to get into & Also not enough drive thru Space for the amount of cars the drive-thru gets

I was very excited to see a DRIVE-THRU Starbucks next to Willowbrook(in the recently developed area next to what was formerly known as Wayne Towne Center). It’s actually not that easy to get to this newest coffee bean heaven. You can’t get into the parking lot from Willowbrook Blvd, because of the median. And coming from Rt 23 North, you have to cross over one of those painted medians and wait for two lanes of oncoming traffic to get in! Yikes. If you’re not traveling on Rt 23 South, your best bet is to drive across the massive parking lot and weave your way in lol. And the short drive-thru driveway means there will be cars sticking out onto Rt 23, which may be problematic as the place gets more popular. But once you get there! Oh, it’s just so lovely. There is plenty of seating — a long wooden table, stools by the window where you can sip your latte and watch the world drive by, and a handful of tall and short tables you can share with your favorite java addict. I did notice that service at this Starbucks is much s l o w e r than its non-mobile counterparts, and I think the drive-thru window is the reason. I presume that the cars get priority over the people in-store, which is something I’m not accustomed to! So that, coupled with the awkward access, means there is some room for improvement here. BUT, I can say that if I’m in the area and feeling uncaffeinated, I would totally choose this new spot over the Willowbrook food court or Willowbrook Macy’s locations!
