A coffee shop away from home. This cozy setting atmosphere allows you to be «zen» without being at Starbucks. The owner is open to any small business to host events and this says a lot about the culture. You can enjoy coffee in any way shape or form possible while enjoying a healthy snack. If your not into coffee or tea, you can enjoy any of their homemade lunch type food. THEFINEGRIND shows their love for the community and is a great neighborhood coffee shop. If you haven’t stopped by, then do so.

So pleased with my experience at The Fine Grind. I stopped by with my friend and we snagged one of the comfy couches. There was Open Mic going and let me tell you — some of those tunes were so catchy! The place is very homey. There’s a lot of art pieces on the wall, they also sell bags, t-shirts, aside from the coffee. We were giving menus and taken care of right away. They made a great latte and the Reese’s Peanut Butter Pie was delicious. The place is very comfortable. I’m not sure about the hours and when the live music is on but I would recommend those that are easily distracted to check ahead of time or you’ll have a difficult time completing work.

I think we ordered the wrong items: but if you can’t make a grilled cheese, then something is wrong. I thought it was a joke when I received it. Oh how I wish I took a picture. Flattened, thin, as if a child made the sandwich. And it was served on «play» kitchenware to boot… They should have warned me that ordering regular toast would cause my sandwich to look as if someone sat on it. My companion, who can cook her a$$ off… She ordered the pesto pasta salad. So salty, dry and an non-edible. The coffee– was the only pleasurable thing. But nothing that will keep me away from Starbucks. I traveled for this place and I would not recommend others do the same.

This place is one of the cutest little coffee places around. I love going here to meet up with friends from town. There are so many items to choose from. One of my favorites is the frozen hot chocolate.

Seriously haven’t been here in awhile and for one the waitress was less than enthusiastic also after waiting ten minutes just to heat up a wrap take a look at the plastic shitty plate food served on as well the side given of broken store purchased chips. at least the hummus taste better than usual.

This is a great local spot to grab a coffee. I ordered a «that’s what she said» and it wasn’t bad. My coffee«concoction» was a little on the bitter side but I like that and that’s what happens when your drink contains two shots of espresso. My friend ordered the«banana nut java». He seemed to be satisfied with it stating that it has a good taste without being overly sweet. The service was solid. The atmosphere was casual and relaxed with art hanging on the walls, about average for what I expect from a coffee shop. All in all, I enjoyed my visit.

If you asked me how many times I’ve been to this place since my first stop last year… It’d be pretty embarrassing. But I can’t help it, why stop a good thing? The food is always spectacular, the coffee and drinks even better! The atmosphere is welcoming and they don’t rush you out of there when you’re finished! The service is always spot on and friendly! You seriously can’t go wrong with The Fine Grind! Even if you are just passing through make sure you stop here on the way and get a coffee or one of their treats to go! My favorite thing? They offer almond milk as a substitute in their drinks for regular milk! One of many times I have been there and it definitely will continue to be a favorite if they keep it up! Great place!

Service isn’t too bad. But the cappuccino I ordered disappointed me. This is my first time here, so I thought to order my coffee favorite — a cappuccino. The waitress asks if I want cocoa powder or cinnamon powder on it. Weird request, but I said cinnamon thinking it would be a light sprinkle of it. Instead I get a cappuccino with the CINNAMONCHALLENGE written all over it. I couldn’t drink it without coughing. Odd for a cappuccino. But nevertheless. 3 stars for service, coffee grade, and ambiance. Points taken off for lack of seating and weird cinnamon thang.

Awesome spot! 1) The white chocolate latte, frozen white hot chocolate, and desserts are excellent. 2) The best part about this restaurant is the atmosphere. Great to chill with friends. 3) I never come here when I am on a rush, too busy. Came here to relax.

This place is too small for its own good. The drinks are creative and delicious and the same can be said for the food. The atmosphere is great which often features art work from local artists, local bands, and an open mike night. However, whenever I get an opportunity to go they’re always packed. I usually end up taking out which is a shame. They should really look into getting a bigger place.

I’ve always hated coffee, until I came here. the service was extremely pleasant and helpful since I had no clue what to get. I ended up ordering a «vanilla snuggle» my first time here and sat down and had a slice of peanut butter pie as well. my boyfriend had a plain coffee and said it tasted really watered down, but as far as lattes go, they are amazing. I’ve been back here at least once a week since my first visit and have never been disappointed. it’s the perfect place to chill out and do some homework or listen to live music. nowadays, coffee shops have become very unauthentic and repetitious, but the find grind definitely goes outside the box.

I love The Fine Grind because the coffee is great, the staff is friendly and competent, the prices are reasonable, and the location is perfect. I’ve been going to The Fine Grind for years, since well before they renovated the space, but somewhere along the way, it became a regular spot for me. One day I looked up and realized, hey, these people all know me here, I guess I’m a regular. Occasionally I’l grab one of their Southwestern Egg Rolls. They are awesome! Just the size, and super tasty. The Fine Grind is everything a coffee shop should be, and it’s unique. I’m a fan!

God damn it!!! why is this place so nice and friendly? I used to go to Caffebene nearby(RIP) and had no idea this place existed. I rather mom and pop than franchises. They make a mean tasty cup of cappuccino and there’s a somewhat of a full menu. They don’t have scramble eggs. Actually, I’m not sure, I didn’t ask but I got a grilled cheese with apples and bacon. I’m gonna steal that idea and surprise Boo Boo when I make it for her breakfast one day. It’s nice that there’s wait service for food but its bad so I can’t be there for 4 – 5 hours. I did order another cup of coffee and 2 cup cakes to-go. So, i wasn’t freeloading on the wifi too much. Parking spaces in the strip mall is smaller than i’m used too.

Good vibes here! I only ordered an iced coffee so I can’t comment on their extensive food and drinks menu. Their drinks are mostly«blended»(filled with sugar) but I’m sure they taste real good. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. It’s warm and welcoming and it’s not a try hard hipster café which is wonderful. Loved the cute decorations and the staff was VERY friendly! The only thing I had a problem with is the table service. I feel obliged to tip, and when I only ordered an iced coffee for $ 2.50, that seems really silly.

This place is by far, top of the line in terms of a coffee shop. This place feels like home even though I don’t live around here. The ambience is really pleasant and invites you to enjoy a cup of coffee worry-free. The service is excellent in a laid back kind of way. Background music is at a perfect balance with the dynamics of this business. Today: classic rock selection. Morning has officially begun! Coffee is its essence: rich, flavorful and well-balanced so If you are around the Willowbrook mall you have to stop by! Whether you are craving a latte, a breakfast sandwich or a cupcake, the fine grind will exceed your expectation!

My go-to café! A hip little coffee and tea shop in the middle of a small strip mall — perfect for a date, meeting, studying, or just hanging out. Plenty of small table tops, a couple comfy couches, and lots of outlets for laptop/phone chargers. There are so many drink options to choose from, too! I’ve never tried a drink here that I don’t absolutely love. And food wise, if you love Thanksgiving food, their Thanksgiving panini is the way to go for sure. …oh, and did I mention FREEWIFI??? :) I’m only deducting a star because the strip mall’s parking lot is pretty small which makes parking on the weekends a hassle sometimes. Also, this place may be amazing for drinks, but excluding their Thanksgiving panini, their food isn’t all that great. Love this place though!!!

This spot has always been one my favorites, back when it was at its old location. The menu is an encyclopedia of delicious coffee/hot chocolate/tea/smoothie concoctions. Not to mention there is plenty of cozy seating. They have a variety of scrumptious desserts as well to satisfy your sweet tooth. I had the broccoli cheddar quiche today, which was part of their specials, and it was fantastic. I also can’t complain about their awesome selection of music; studying for the nclex was a little less painful with explosions in the sky cheering me on in the background. This place is so comforting and has that home-y feel that I love about a local coffee shop. Open till 10 pm on Sundays too :) Wifi pw: ilovecoffee

So I’ve been here for a good 3 hours doing some work and I gotta say, this is the comfiest café I’ve been to. Everyone here is so nice. The atmosphere is very warm. I’ve had the cappuccino and it is POPPIN’. They serve it to you in a mug and they always bring it to you if you are sitting down and doing work like I am. The crowd here is very diverse from college kids like me to older folk. My ONLY complaint is the parking. Mainly because I had to park on the street and I have this irrational fear about parallel parking. Apart from that, everything is very on point about this place. Definitely ideal for work, hanging out with friends, or a date(which I will definitely keep in my mind for next time).

How can you give them anything less than 5 stars? Looking at the store from the outside, you wouldn’t except what you see when you walk inside the doors. The place is decorated beautifully and you feel like you’re sitting at home enjoying a nice cup of coffee. Never in my life have I seen so many types of coffees to choose from! Hot, cold, whatever you want, they probably have it. Their concoction coffees sound amazing, and it would take forever to try them all. I stayed simple and got the plain Froho(frozen hot chocolate) which was great! The wraps and paninis were kind of pricey compared to the amount you get, but they still tasted great. Great place to come and talk over one of their great coffees.
