Lord & Taylor

Though I am a fan of this department store, the Clinique counter staff are in need etiquette training.
I stopped in to make a fairly large purchase (planned to stock up on my skin care essentials for the winter).
I was overlooked 2x in favor of other customers who arrived after me.
After 20 minutes without so much as an acknowledgment, I left and purchased my products at another department store.

I enjoy coming to L&T Willowbrook I have been coming for many years & it’s because of one & only person. I always recommend anyone to her no matter what counter she goes I follow… I know I haven’t posted anything before only reason is because never could really understand the new technology nowadays… lol But I would greatly appreciate & love her true kindness & for the way she makes you feel like family & not like a customer. And for every event she has no matter what I’m always there Thank you & May God Bless you for all that you do & never stopping for one second woman is always moving & working & working don’t know if she is ever off… Hope they can really appreciate what you do for this company because I know I have been here over many years & it’s always a pleasure knowing you Mrs. Olivia Nassr Thank you.

Love the shoe selection compared to the one at Garden State Mall, but the sales are better at Garden State Mall. Employees in shoe department are very helpful. Place is clean and and organized so its easy to find what you need. However, pay attention to the sale signs because pricing maybe off so pay attention to you receipts. Overall, like this L&T and would come back.

This is a magic land of ladies shoes: ballerina flats, peep toe heels, platforms, boots, over the knee boots, risqué boots, wide calf boots, booties, spiked shoes and sparkle shoes. It has any shoe you can dream of short of your super high end designer only available at Saks, Niemans or Nordstroms.
And the sales, OH MY GOD, let me tell you about the sales at Lord & Taylor. If you subscribe to their email list you will be alerted to their 70% off clearance sale and this store does not disappoint. They have racks and racks of shoes, like Bloomies at Short Hills, but more organized and less crazy. Are you a size 9.5? They will have choices for you! Not one or two pairs, but at least two full racks to select from. Are you a 7? Why, yes, ladies, they have loads of size 7s too. Standard sizes are a plenty at this location.
The customer service at this store is pretty great. I have never had a problem purchasing sale only, returning if the shoe didn’t fit well when I got home (I shop after the gym so my feet are a little swollen), or trying on the full price merchandise if I am feeling a little spendy.
I also stop here if I need a new party dress. They have a large ladies dress selection located next to the shoe department. There is always a sales associate to help you open a fitting room or give you an opinion if the dress looks good on you.
Highly recommend this store at Willowbrook.

I’m definitely a fan of this Lord & Taylor. Friendly service, neat racks, clean dressing rooms, & a great selection that hasn’t been picked over. There’s always some kind of sale going on too.
I do most of my damage on the bottom floor. The dress section is extensive! I find a lot of stuff there for everyday use as well as parties … and again, ON SALE. Ladies, this is a one-​stop shop for dresses, suiting, casual tops, shoes, & purses.

Lord & Taylor is the last clothing store offering old-​school customer service. The staff usually go out of their way to help you, and they have in-​store same day tailoring. I bought a suit here and had some buttons tightened, etc — it was ready and waiting for me 15 minutes after I bought it. Since I planned to wear it to the first day of my new job — the next morning — I really appreciated such great service. It saved me a lot of time and money.
