If you’re going to own a Jaguar, you’re going to have pricey auto repair, but that is no excuse to the absolute bare minimum. My 68 year old mom(yes, she’s earned her ride) brought her Jag in for inspection and, $ 392.80 later, they replaced a bulb and passed her on emissions but failed her due to one lone balding tire. There was a perfectly good spare in the trunk, and it would not have been difficult to switch the tires out so she doesn’t have to trek back to the shop. She paid but was upset. The manager called her the next day and invited her to buy a new tire at cost. So, clearly you know your service is unacceptable, and a tire at cost won’t be necessary. How about a dealership that knows how to call a customer and inform her about the condition of her car, offer options and ask her what she wants to do. We have gotten that at Honda, Volvo, Volkeswagen, Jeep and Mercedes in this family. I expect more from Jaguar.
