Recently, we each bought an iPhone6 at the Verizon Store in Wayne. Matthew Kleiman was very helpful and efficient. I returned the next day for help loading my new phone (I forgot my password the previous day!) and Dave Musacchio patiently walked me through the process. Good customer service.

Do not buy from this store. If you sign for the EDGE program, they do not supply the correct materials and you will either get charged full price or get the run around. Also they scam you just to pad there contract numbers. Complete waste. Buy directly from corporate stores such as the one in KOP or Royersford. (royersford is jumping through hoops to fix this problem.)
