The worst client service ever! My appointments were cancelled several times one day before or the same day in the morning, but this happens. But today I finally decided, that I do not need membership in a place like this. Yesterday they asked me to confirm today’s appointment, but today Wayne’s office is closed without any notice. Some specialists are really good at this place, but client service is not worth money you pay!

I don’t advise anyone to go to the Wayne branch because they will give your time slot to someone else. They are rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and it is a complete waste of time. Horrible customer service, disrespectful employee, and aggressive behavior make for a very unpleasant experience. They are dishonest and aggressive. Don’t fall for their cheap prices. I advise against going here. Don’t waste your time and money at this place! I only gave one star because I had to, because you can’t give zero stars!

I was a bit hesitant to splurge on a massage, especially at a spa. But with the low introductory price it was hard to say no. My friend and I decided to both give the place a chance. And I’m so glad we did! When you walk in, the ambiance and aroma instantly relaxes you. The receptionist, Brigid F., was simply wonderful. She greeted us with a smile and helped us with our intake form. She also went over some upgrades that we both opted to try. My therapist, Melanie, was just as wonderful. I never felt uncomfortable and she did a really great job. We discussed my areas of concern. I also had surgery recently and she did an impressive job avoiding the surgical area and not giving me one bit of pain working around it. We even shared a laugh at my ticklish feet. My body was pretty beat up and felt much better after. When finished, we had some water and Brigid went over the membership club with us. She was patient and informative, never once bullying or pressuring us to join. We both opted to give it a chance. I really liked the flexibility they offer with the plan. I’m definitely not floating on a sea of green, but the cheaper prices as a member for all services are worth the monthly fee. Taking care of one’s body should not be taken lightly. Overall this place exceeded my expectations and I look forward to returning next month!
