I will never go back to establishment. During my hour massage my therapist left several times to go take care of the front desk. When my massage was complete, I was rushed out to the front desk. Once I paid and handed over my tip she refused it cause it wasn’t 20%. I have NEVER been told what I had to pay for a tip. I kept saying take the tip, and I kept getting the response of no 20% over and over. I threw the money and left. The therapist ran out after me to give me my frequent buyer card. Well I won’t be frequenting this place again. Poor customer service, not friendly, and complete rudeness.

Such a disappointment ! The massage therapist had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She seemed like she was in a rush to get home. Pity because the center’s other storefront in manayunk is an excellent value for money place. Hope the owner’s look at this review and try to make things right !
