Tasty food. Staff super friendly. Nice atmosphere. Would come back again. Had the spicy shrimp and eggplant for an appetizer. Then had lobster bisque soup and pasta brio for lunch. Everything was great.

This place is really nice. Great atmosphere, good food and service. The chef, Joe, personally came out to introduce himself and make a special dessert that will appear on their new upcoming Tuscan menu. They accommodate when possible and go out of their way to make you happy. They also have outside seating.

First time to visit this restaurant chain. Loved their drinks(I had a Peach Bellini) and their appetizers were great(especially the bacon brochette). Their Pork Chops are delicious! The service was friendly and attentive. They have a Download App that is easy to use and you get specials through the app and a $ 10 gift certificate after your first visit for joining.

Don’t be fooled by the fact that this is a chain! This is like no other chain restaurant out there! It’s gourmet and chef inspired! I visit this place at least twice a month, I’ve tried most of the menu and every meal is delicious with no disappointments to date. In addition the staff is incredibly friendly and personable. Manager Stacy is a delight! Also the atmosphere is «fancy» but it’s totally causal, it’s perfect for a date night dressed up or a family night in your jeans and tshirts. Can’t say enough good things! Must try: eggplant and shrimp appetizer, chicken Milanese, and pasta pesto!

Have eaten here many times over the years. Food is good with a nice atmosphere, and the service is pleasant and professional. Reason for 4 stars and not 5, portions on some the meals is small, while pricing is on the high side.

I am a HUGE fan of Brio! My wife and I are regular customers. Everything is great at this restaurant! The food is outstanding, it is very nicely decorated, the prices are reasonable and the service is always great. The manager Stacy treats us like we royalty. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone that I know

I’ve being here a couple of times and its nothing spectacular… it’s just convenient and the only restaurant around the mall that is not packed on the weekend(like nearby restaurants no need to mention names)… It’s pricey if u ask me … The food is not bad but not worth $ 20 + per plate … I’ll let y’all try it out be the judge…

This place is a joke. Horrible service, if it weren’t in the mall and open on Sunday’s this place would’ve never lasted. They’re lucky that they always have new customers because as far as return service goes I’m sure people don’t come back after being treated like crap from the staff. The food is not even good I’d rather have Olive Garden than come back to Brio.

We were at the mall and after a long day of shopping it was finally time to eat! The food court didn’t get our attention, Cheesecake Factory was crowed, so we tried this location, and SURPRISE, the food was excellent and so the service, and very nice ambiance. We sat outside and enjoyed the nice Spring day. Kids portions are large enough for both of my daughters to eat off of one plate. See photos —

Came here on a Friday night was seated immediately. This location has outside seating for warm nights drinks were great but food seem to be a little salty. This is a great place for family outings or a date night.

I really like Brio. I wanted to give it four and a half stars but our latest experience wasn’t as good(mostly because of service). We had pasta fra diavolo(tasty), kids mac and cheese(average) and chocolate cake(dry/stale). Service was poor this time. Very unwelcoming. Our server seemed distracted. Food came out late(not his fault I guess). We were never once asked how everything was. He didn’t even bother asking if we needed a box for the left over mac n cheese before taking the plate away. Also, everything seemed overpriced and the portions have become tiny. I don’t think I want to return.

I had been wanting to try Brio for a while, but never had the chance till recently. We were seated promptly at a table away from the louder crowd. We really appreciated that and gave us the opportunity to have an actual conversation not yelling across the table. Our waitress, Dani, was wonderful! She was friendly, attentive and gave great recommendations. Since this was our first visit, the host brought us their signature bruschetta on the house and it was AMAZING! Overall, we have a really delicious and nice meal and are looking forward to going back!

3.5 stars *lobster bisque(not bad; not too heavy on the cream but definitely needs more lobster) *veggie omlette(meh it was ok, needs more flavor to it and more salt content; I found myself just dipping this in ketchup) *calamari(yum! delicious and that creamy aioli sauce was amazing!!! I love when calamari doesn’t come with just your standard marinara sauce) *roasted garlic, spinach and artichoke dip(super creamy and thick, loved the garlicky flavor of the dip; the parmesean flatbread was a salty option for this dip, I think if they went with just a plain buttered crostini for dipping that would have been a better option) Had our bday party here and we were able to get a private party area. You can choose from either a pre-fixe brunch menu or you can just have the regular brunch menu for your party, which I think is fabulous so your guests don’t have to feel limited esp if they have food allergies. The service was great and very accommodating. I think the food is decent and priced well. Ambiance and lighting were great. I would definitely love to host another party here.

This used to be my go to restaurant on a Friday night if all the other restaurants had long wait times. Their menu is so-so but the food was always decent. But the last time I went, I felt like we got ripped off. I wanted to order Salmon because my friend had ordered it last time and really liked it. But I guess they changed the menu because the salmon dish I got was completely different from what my friend got last time. The portion was ridiculously tiny. It was a tiny, thin portion of salmon. It looked like it came from the tail end of the fish. And there was a lot of veggies to compensate for the tiny portion of fish. Now in their defense, the menu did specify that it was a «Light» dish. But I thought that just meant that Salmon had fewer calories than Steak. I thought I was the only one who got ripped off, but my friend said he got tiny portions as well. He ordered the crab cakes and said he got a tiny portion of crab cakes and a huge portion of vegetables. We both left feeling empty and unsatisfied. If we’d wanted to eat veggies, we would have gone to a vegetarian restaurant or simply ordered salad. I was very disappointed by this experience.

the 4 stars was for the food and the manager’s service, NOT for our waitress’ service whatsoever. She must be new because during the whole time I had dinner there, the waitress came over once to say hi in the middle of dinner. She would get zero stars. The manager was basically our waiter for the night, bringing us drinks and food and checking up on us. Food was delicious, great flavor. One complaint would be my husband’s meal was sitting under the heat lamp for too long so his chicken was on the dry side. He was too hungry to complain and wait for a new one. Definitely would recommend the shrimp and eggplant appetizer and the crab and shrimp crusted salmon.

I really want to eat here soon. My wife and I have stopped here on a number of occasions for a drink and something light at the bar… dessert or an appetizer. Brio is such and welcome addition to the food choices at Willowbrook Mall that I’m willing to make the trip to give it a try for dinner. When we stopped in the other night we were just getting a drink and an appetizer and it was such a great experience I wanted to Unilocal it even before I eat a meal here. The bartender was engaging and very nice… we ordered a couple glasses of wine and their Quatro Bruschetta appetizer — not something I normally would order, but I’m glad I did. It was EXCELLENT! So, if you’re in the area and want a nice place to grab a drink and appetizers… or a full meal, give Brio a shot… I plan to very soon.

Today was the first time my husband and I visited Brio. The restaurant is quite lovely for an Italian restaurant chain. They staff are all very polite and helpful. We entered the relatively uncrowded restaurant and were surprisingly sat in the far corner away from the general population — now that may be nice for someone who wanted that intimate setting, but I almost thought we could be forgotten about, if our waiter wasn’t so attentive. We ordered the Margherita flatbread, bruschetta Quattro, and lobster bisque. The flatbread and bruschetta were fantastic — I could have lived without the soup… it was good but nothing extraordinary. Lastly, was my favorite part dessert! We ordered the chocolate mascarpone mouse and crème brûlée. I tried both and each were quite delightful. Overall the experience was nice and if we’re in the area we will stop in again. Prices were fair and food was good!

My biggest pet peeve is when restaurants incorrectly estimate wait time for a table! Coming here at about 8pm on a Saturday, I kind of expected a wait time — and when quoted a 10 – 15 minute wait for a table for 6, I didn’t think that was too bad; however, we ended up waiting 45 minutes, with barely any apology or acknowledgment. This place is a slightly upscale version of an Olive Garden, without pictures on a laminated menu. Overall, the food was OK. Overpriced for the portioning, and the quality. But the servers seemed friendly, when you can get their attention. I ordered the Chicken Milanese — which was more Chicken Parm than Milanese. It was good, but pretty basic — it had that mass produced, phosphate pumped texture that reminded me of Applebees or Wendy’s chicken. Not too sure if i’d come back.
