Papa John’s Pizza

Sorry Domino’s, never betraying you guys again. I ordered a pizza from here and there was a hair in it. I called the next day because the store had already closed for the day (at 11 pm) and the manager said we were too late and he couldn’t do anything about it. Lame.

Never had a problem with my local papa johns. My order is always correct. The prices are great with the half off code from the rangers!

They can’t even get an online order right so I’m afraid to know how bad they’ll screw up a call in order. Disappointment and frustration doesn’t event begin to describe my experience. The lack of caring about the customer experience shows all the way up to the top of the chain with their store manager. Two out of three pizzas were underdone and we didn’t get any of the extras we paid for. I called to the store fairly upset and the guy who answered the phone immediately started talking about me the moment he put the phone down. When the store manager came to the phone his response was «He may have thought you were someone else» and it was clear that he didn’t care. While on the phone with the store manager my frustration peeked because he did care. The store manager was unapologetic for the experience. That place is a joke! Lesson learned, stick with what you know and next time we feel like pizza I’ll order Pizza Hut
