Their front desk was courteous, and they have hot coffee and hot tea at the lobby, they also has indoor pool and hot spa,and fitness room, all is free! I also like that they have refrigerator and microwavein room, and u can get some drinkable ice from which u can see it on your left hand side ,when you just come out from elevator,u can also do all your laundry for just $ 2! The room is clean, which meet Hilton Groud stander, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, everything is satisfied except the shower is not that good, and no closet for hanging my clothes! If these two things improved ,that will be perfect!

If you book this hotel, make sure that you get the rooms in higher floors! I was abruptly awaken at 4am by all the big«thumping» noises from the floor above(I was in 2nd floor, oh boy!) and my day was ruined! The hotel has poor sound barrier and my colleague cannot even open his room with the hotel key. It’s good to know that there will be a new Marriott hotel soon at the same location!

Worst hotel every the staff act like they could careless about there guest and more about gossiping about other co workers. I would stay any where but this hotel the rooms smell horrible and the pool is very musky smelling.

My husband and I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Waxahachie from 11⁄17 until 11⁄20. We were in the area for a family wedding. We had very comfortable accommodations and very nice breakfasts while here. The night shift desk clerk was also so helpful in helping us print out our airline boarding passes before leaving for DFW. Overall, a very nice stay!

The beds were very comfortable, but small. I loved the pillows. It’s pretty confusing to get here from I-35. The thermostat was practically impossible to regulate. It was usually unbearably hot, and occasionally blew cool air. They didn’t clean the rooms on Thanksgiving, which I like for the staff, but it would have been nice to have maybe a notice at the front desk. I would have treated our towels a bit differently if I had known. I really had to adjust the curtains to adjust the lights from outside. It was quite loud. The shower head was high enough for my 6’4″ husband(good) but I couldn’t reach it(bad). The breakfast was a worse than I expect for a Hampton Inn. Near the pool, there is a big public bathroom(with a shower). We checked out, then used the pool, and had plenty of space in the bathroom for my kids to put on regular clothes. Not my favorite in Waxahachie. I don’t mind staying here when my extended family chooses it, but if I get to pick I would go elsewhere.

This hotel was great! My fiancé and I stayed here for a wedding and the staff was very courteous. The rooms were very clean and we didn’t have any problems with anything being dirty. On our last night the electricity in our room went out and we were given the option to move to another room as soon as it happened. After checking out we found out we were given a 15% discount on the total bill because we had to switch rooms. Very accommodating!

this was a great experience. I planned my daughter’s birthday slumber party here. she invited 4 of her friends. we rented a two bedroom suite. it was very large and spacious. the room was very clean. we chose this location because of the indoor pool and breakfast that was free. this was a hit for everyone. they are still talking about it. the staff was courteous. we can’t wait to go back. we had a blast!

Their front desk was very professional, courteous, and extremely friendly. Room was in excellent, clean condition and wireless worked well also. It is right next door to the Civic Center, so about an easy 2 – 3 minute walk for easy access.
