I really enjoy this location. The staff is friendly, helpful and smart. They don’t mind if you look at the sale racks, which I love to do. They know how to put together great pieces. I often stop in to look for my husband’s work clothes. I always find fashion forward yet conservative menswear. Another plus, the clothes if dry-​cleaned, last a very long time and stay current.

I like J. Crew’s clothing but rarely stop in because it’s J. Expensive. On the occasion we stopped in this time, we were looking for pants for my husband and checked out their selection. He found several pairs he liked and they fit really well. He is pretty tall and thin and that has typically been a problem for him when looking for nice clothes. They carry his size and the pants are also cut really well — not baggy like everywhere else seems to have.
The staff were friendly and helpful. I was glad my husband kept a running total in his head because as we were walking out he mentioned how it was way more than he thought it should be. Upon looking at the receipt, we realized that the sale price on two of the pants hadn’t been rung in. We went back in and the sales women were all too happy to correct the mistake and add the refund to my card.

I miss living 10 minutes away from this store! I love J Crew clothing, it is classic and good quality. The store is pretty large and they carry a good selection from the catalog. Unlike the Madison location, the staff is incredibly helpful and patient to the point where you sometimes can name page numbers and they already know what you’re looking for.
