I feel compelled to take the time to post a commendation for the most outstanding customer service I’ve encountered in quite a long time. I am a long-​time small business owner myself and know that too often business owners only get negative feedback from customers because people are much more likely to complain than praise. I had been searching for a bike for awhile, then I came into the store and Josh was very helpful in directing me to the proper one for my needs. I rode several bikes while working with him and we narrowed my search to a select few. After my test rides he offered to do some research with Scott Bikes to help me narrow down my choices. He contacted me with the additional information very quickly and the information was a big help. I was unable to fit my schedule with his but he assured me he would pass along the information to Tony so he could further assist me. I was able to speak with Tony shortly thereafter and he was totally up to speed on what Josh and I had accomplished to that point. Tony then showed awesome patience and understanding while I continued to wrestle with what bike to purchase. Tony did further research on pricing and availability of other models that I inquired about and enlisted the help of your bike mechanic, Pete, to really focus in on the features of each bike I was considering. I know I must have tested the patience of these guys but they never showed it (unlike my wife who was completely exhausted with my lack of decision-​making skills!). I finally settled on the Scott Metrix 30 and hope to ride it for years to come with the help of your very knowledgeable and helpful team. Len Bloom

Found a pair of snowboard boots on their web site at a great price, but their online ordering system wouldn’t work properly (hence the 4 stars). I called the store directly and a rep ended up placing the order for me over the phone for the advertised price. That rep turned out to be one of the store owners, and he was very courteous and professional.
The boots arrived on the date as promised. They were new as advertised, and the price was better than anybody else’s.
