come here to watch the soccer games during the day when they are on. Typical Bdubs, decent wings and sauces, unfortunately slow service. It doesn’t bother me as much since I know will be there for at least 90 minutes or longer depending on the game, but the service is slow and lacking. Definitely can irk patrons who aren’t as patient. Otherwise I usually do take out from this location and they are pretty spot on, so I will give them 3 stars.

Marquis was so friendly and extremely fast. We accidentally put our to-go order in the wrong location, showed up at the Waukegan location, they put our order in right away, we had it within 15 minutes. It was a large order, they helped us carry it out to the car, great customer service!

Food was ok– took some time to arrive. Still not happy that I pay Applebee’s prices and I eat off paper plates. I keep forgetting the general lack of plates. Pork sandwich was tasty. Wings are wings. Chicken wrap was a little too spicy for one guest/but that was ok. Server was friendly and visible. No issues w service. Other server dude kept scratching his beard– which was odd. He did not serve me. Just an observation. Overall– ok. I would neither recommended nor speak unkindly.

Here again with a group from work. Ugh, I forgot why I hate this place. The service still SUCKS! Our guest of honor had to leave without his last drink because it took 20 minutes and my friend finally went to the bar to get them.(Who knows when it would have showed up) Ridiculous! Thanks to the manager for comping them but still doesn’t make it worth coming back. It makes no sense for them to have a wait time for tables. If they knew how to serve their customers in a timely manner, they’d make so much more money by being able to serve more customers. Bad business sense.

Terrible experience last night! It took us 45 minutes for us to get our appetizers and then they brought us our dinner 20 minutes later, mind you we order both the appetizers and the food at the same time. The manager came up to our table and asked if we needed anything so we asked for a refill and he never came back. 20 minutes later our waitress comes and we ask her for a round of refills. Our waitress was very friendly but the overall experience sucked. Will not go back.

We will NEVER go to this location again!!! HORRIBLEPOOR service. Server never came by to give us our utensils, napkins, drinks… We couldn’t eat our salad and other food that requires utensils. Got up to tell three different workers and still nothing. Got our check, server took our credit card and did not show up until 30 mins after!!!

Very well run and managed Buffalo wild wings. We ate dinner at the bar last night and had not only stellar bar service but also noticed that the manager was out and about talking to his customers which I don’t see in many restaurants. He stopped by to talk to my husband and I asking us how we were enjoying our meal. He seemed genuinely interested in our responses. I wish I could have remembered his name. He then walked behind the bar and actually comped my husband a beer which we thought was really nice of him. This Buffalo wild wings is very clean very well staffed and managed plus the food is excellent, give it a try!

Terrible terrible terrible. Don’t go here. The staff never knows what is going on or where to seat people. They are always chit chatting with each other or busy watching tv. Always very rude and very unorganized. Last time we went there my husband and I waited for 15 min for someone to come by and take our order or even to say hi. We ended up just leaving and no one even noticed. So we went to Chili’s instead, we got seated right away and I received my drink in 2 min.

We tried to get one of the tvs to show the Warriors game but I guess the manager was busy for over an hour and couldnt change one tv, so all of the tv were pretty much on the same channel. Our wings took 20 minutes to come out, I guess the kitchen was backed up although it seemed as if most tables had eaten already. But at least the hostess and our server Ally were very polite and our server checked up on us often. Disappointing to have all these tvs but only the manager is able to change the channels.

The absolute worst! I went in to watch UFC196 and found that most of the servers were rude and used foul language. Just about every table was occupied with people who finished eating and drinking, so no one on the waiting list got food or drinks. Even people WITH tables complained about waiting over an hour to get food and drinks. It’s not difficult to make chicken wings and pour beer… This place needs better management and outdoor viewing. A draft beer bar. If people are going to sit at a table for 4 hours without ordering anything, they should pay to occupy the table. A new staff with better attitudes. Managers managing and not bartending. On a positive note, the gentleman at the door was very patient and acted in a very professional manner while dealing with complaints all night. A few, very few, of the servers also acted professionally. Also, I only spent $ 14 instead of the $ 114 I would’ve spent if the place were better organized.

THISPLACEISRUNBYKINDERGARTNERS! Four of us sit down at a table and right away a server(using this term loosely) comes over and takes our drink orders and an appetizer of fried pickles. We order two Pepsi’s and one Sprite. Four minutes later, the pickles arrive hot. Good start. 20 minutes later, the pickles have been finished for a while but the sodas are still missing. Server is missing too. I see the«manager» and have to physically waive my hand in the air for him to see me. I tell him we still haven’t received our drinks and need to order our food. «OK, I’ll get right on this.» He walks over to our server who explains to him that she simply forgot about us. Excellent. So the sodas arrive, two Sprites and one Pepsi. WRONG but whatever I’ll drink a Sprite since at least it’s at the table and there’s no way am I sending this server back to get the right one. Time to order the wings: 35 boneless wings with five different sauces, which means there would be seven wings for each sauce. After I explained the math to the server(who honestly had no idea what 35 divided by 5 was and who needed me to count for her), I told her we wanted: Parmesan Garlic, Medium, Honey BBQ, Asian Zing, and Spicy Garlic. Plus a side of potato wedges. She writes everything down and goes to enter the order. She then returns two minutes later telling me I ordered Spicy Garlic twice! She is reading this from her book she had just written in. I then tell her I originally said Parmesan Garlic, as she walks away and enters the order again. The manager comes back and apologizes for the bad start and tells us our wings are on «priority» in the kitchen… riiiiiight. The wings come out rather quickly(yay for priority!) along with the wedges. The manager is the one who brings them out and reads and points to each sauce. Spicy Garlic, Honey BBQ, Medium, Asian Zing and… PLAIN! Here we go again. I tell him we never ordered plain, we ordered Parmesan Garlic. He tells us this is easily fixable and goes to the kitchen and returns with the correct wings. Finally, time to eat. Now he is hovering all over the table the entire meal, begging to refill the sodas every time one of us takes a sip. No thanks sir. We finish all but five of the wings. This is where it gets even better. I tell the server we would like ONEBOX to bring the rest home. She repeats to me that she will bring a box. Literally, after the word«box» leaves her mouth, she piles up all of the dirty plates and napkins ONTOPOFTHEWINGS!!!(I’ll let that soak in for a moment before I continue) I was too stunned to even say anything since at this point, speaking would only confuse them even more. Shocked, aren’t you? But wait, it gets even better! Our table is now clear of everything. There is only the drink menu and the little hand wipe packages on it. The server returns with, and I promise I am not kidding, TWOBOXES!!! FORANEMPTYTABLE!!! I then tell her I needed one box for the wings that you just put our trash on. She apologizes and tells me today is not her day. Now, Unilocal readers, what do you think should be done about the check? Should everything be free? Should at least there be some type of discount? Should they have paid me to even think of returning to this sorry excuse for a restaurant? Well, the check arrives and there is NODISCOUNT! FULLPRICEEVERYTHING!!! Now, I’m sure you’re thinking«no way he leaves a tip.» I actually did leave a 12% tip because I have worked in restaurants previously for seven plus years as a manager and stiffing a server should never happen, regardless of how brain dead they may be. This is how they earn money, right? Anyway, please avoid this location. B-dubs is always solid and the wings and sauces are great. But this location is a joke and they need to completely rehire servers who actually can use common sense who know not to dump garbage on top of to-go food and who can count to 35.

Yep, they put Strawberry purée ice cubes in this amazing margarita! Thanks Dave & busters for being open on thanksgiving for us single sailors in the Vernon hills area! It’s not too crowded like some bars & the beer is cold! I recommend the peppercorn 12 ounce New York steak for $ 20-$ 25 with a free power card to play games!!! We parked by AMC and walked through one hallway to get to this side for dinner!!! Love this place!

They did everything right so 4 stars for taste and service but value is 2 stars. It’s a good place to watch a game, meet up with friends, and casual wings with beers. I always order my wings extra crispy and extra wet. I got the SMALLORDERTRADITIONALWINGS(10WINGSFOR $ 10.99). 5 were medium hot and 5 were honey bbq. The portion is on the lighter side of satisfying. I like the wing sauce when ordered wet. The side of BUFFALOCHIPS with cheese were soggy and not very good at $ 4. SERVICE: I went for the early afternoon game and the Bears didn’t start until close to 7 pm for Sunday Night Football so the service was good. Actually more people working there than eating. The place was clean but the bathroom was trashed. Waste basket overflowing with paper towels. Broken soap dispenser. Free wifi works well. VALUE: Not good! Here’s my problem.10 wings, fries, and a coke for almost $ 24 including tax and tip. If I ordered a couple of beers and downed another 5 wings(Med. order), it would have put me over $ 40 for what I consider a marginal step above fast food quality. Ridiculous!

I love BDubs. This place just always misses the mark. Service is generally slow and unreliable. Then you wait around for 45 minutes for a simple order only to get lukewarm food with tons of excuses on why the food was delayed. Just admit your faults and serve me some hot food. My recommendation to fix the problem is server honesty. Forget the excuses and just give me the truth.

Don’t come here with a big group. We needed 8 plus a high chair and it took over 45 minutes to be seated. There was a constant stream of people coming in and anytime a table opened up, they gave it away instead of holding it for us and hoping a nearby table would open up to combine them. At least 3 groups of people came in after U.S. And left before we were even seated. I hope the food is worth it, or the manager comps something for the mess up. I doubt we will ever come back otherwise. UPDATE: The manager never came by to check on us or to apologize for the colossal screw up in seating us. The chicken was good but the fries were cold. Server Ray was very pleasant and kept our drinks full all night. We walked in at 6:15p and didn’t get our check til 8:15p. Never again.

Blackhawks vs Thunder game on so we decided to take it to go. We waited about 20 mins which is fine they were swamped. When it was time to pick up our food General Manager John Urso opened up all the boxes, showed us our food and even counted the wings. We were short one and he went back and added another. Really nice touch and highly appreciated!!!

Stayed nearby and walked over for beverage. was almost knocked over by sewer gas smell when walked thru door. Quick 180 and walked out unreal how place could be open serving food and drink — felt bad for employees and few customers that must have been desparate, heavy smokers, or septic tank pumpers

Ordered a large takeout order and was greeted by a friendly gal behind the counter. She explained how the tubs of chicken worked. (I still don’t know why they took away how many pieces you’d get but… what do I know?) While I waited for the deep-fried goodness to be ready, I sat at the bar and was greeted immediately by a very friendly bartender. She was attentive and quick. It was a nice way to spend 10 minutes — drinking a beer, watching basketball, imagining how good my wings were going to taste. All while not being hounded at the bar and being left to enjoy my hops and alone time. It wasn’t overly busy and I’ll hope for the same the next time I come back.
