Good customer service at Metro in Watsonville everybody so friendly they take the time …

3 months ago at this store I had an issue with my phone, as I was explaining to a male Rep. He insisted nothing they can do about it… I knew he was wrong and TG another employee interjected and assisted me with issue… that must didn’t sit to well because on the 24^th as I walked thru the door he ran to the back and a very rude Dulce attempted to help me, as I was getting my wallet she literally left me to help another customer 2 employees over, which made us have to reach across them… I know this, not be an over exaggeration simply by the expression on the Spanish speaking Americans face… was advised manager in store once per week and no supervisors… metro you might want to rethink that, I hate to let a couple bad seeds ruin it, I might try once more, I’d like them to know they missed a hell of a sale, my sig — other sent me in to purchase a few cells for his employees… ms. Dulce, you never know who might be who… id hope this will turn ur cus serv around and never treat another customer the way you treated me.

Love this metro pcs store! The staff is always pleasant and they know the products! The metro plans are the best around. I really like the fact there is no contract as well! Go here and buy the cheapest phone for $ 19.99 and get out the for for 70 bucks for one months service and activation fee!
