Worst service of any AT&T I’ve been to. And the longest wait time. Anyway on to the review. My boyfriend went in today for an upgrade on his phone the F@t girl with glasses that waited on him gave him a hard time about some tiny hairline fracture on the plastic on his trade in phone that no one even knew about or could see, it had no impact on the phones working ability she then told him she couldn’t take it, then went to her manager and came back and said she would take it but they would send him a bill for $ 144 to fix it! It was a damn trade in and to be sold as a refurb! Give me a break! She lost a sale in a new $ 800 phone ! He left and we went to another AT&T … And guess what, perfect customer service and they took the phone with no problem and even gave him a free $ 50 cover with his new phone ! F@?k Watsonville AT&T ! And we have 5 phones on our plan. We will not come here ever for any of our new phones! No commission for any of them!

I hated even giving one star. .. it should be zero stars. AT&T is a very dysfunctional organization. Their processes are very inflexible and not customer friendly. In the past months I have experienced errors on my bill that charged me for calls not made, dropped service, slow internet, and static in the lines. The company makes me feel like it is operating with 1980s technology. When you call representatives, they are full of apologies but no ability to correct anything. My strongest advice is to void AT&T regardless of what other telecommunications company charge or offer. Especially in this geographical region.

The people they have at the store are nice and helpful but At&t U-verse management is a joke. We were suppose to have our install happen this past Tuesday and then it got pushed to this Thursday(not the end of the world). Come Thursday the installer comes but the lines are not working so a technician has to be sent out to take care of the lines(same day, awesome!). Well the installer, technician, and an ATT rep that I called yesterday all promised that an installer would come out today. I didn’t receive a call this morning so I called today and have been told that nobody can come out till Monday! We keep getting pushed around and it’s ridiculous, we’re not getting compensated at all. It’s our first week in Watsonville, our parked car got crashed into right in front of our house and Thursday my boyfriend just started his first teaching position. It’s been a hectic week… And my boyfriend needs internet over the weekend to work on projects for his students. I’m pulling my hair out and having to deal with this while at work. To sum this up, AT&T is full of empty promises that they tell you so they don’t have to deal with you and can push you onto somebody else.

4 employees helping one person. Seven people waiting. We are second in waiting and we have been standing here for 30 minutes. The employees walk around and then say they are off now… Been here for an hour and they have no idea why our cell phone has a problem — never seen that before! Left the store with no resolution.

I hate you AT&T! I’m a customer since 1989 when you were Cellular One. You have gone nowhere but downhill. You charge me to pay my bill unless I use the automated machine. That’s BS, because there’s 20 employees that are standing around without anything to do except accost me as I walk in the door. Leave me alone for a second, observe me then realize I may go to a representative I feel the most comfortable dealing with. But no, some crewcombe haired kid attacks you and stick to you like a fly. I absolutely hate the way they are not transparent with any transaction. They will always milk you for the most money, service charges, and general nickle and dimeing to death. AT&T is one of the worst rated corporations in the USA and it shows. The Watsonville elite they have employed at the store aren’t helping things either FYI. I’m signing up with a new carrier asap!!!

Its about the only place i go to for my wireless stuff, besides having to use my job perks on this place ;) place is always full so just be a little patient since once you got somebody helping you youre covered till you pay.
