This review is strictly for the young female receptionists. I chose not to see the Dr because of the rude and unprofessional treatment I was given upon calling the office to schedule an appt. I wouldn’t advise anyone to this medical practice unless you want to be treated like a second class citizen by the front desk. I have a few friends who go to this clinic and they love the Doctors and how caring and compassionate they are but both of my friend agree the receptionists are always rude and have attitudes. The Brennan Medical Group should definitely reconsider who they let handle their customer service.
