Their menu has lots of salads soups and Panini. They have fresh bread and baked goods and a refreshing frozen lemonade. Service: Sooo slow, I mean the amount of time we waited for 2 salads and soup was crazy. I tried the kale caesar which had about 3 pieces of kale. Non the less it was good but not much kale. If you are going to wait that long you mise well go sit at a full service restaurant not order something expecting it to be quick at Panera. The women taking our order couldn’t understand us and needed us to repeat things several times. It’s a good option for salads and some what healthy food and it should be quick!

I am a very big fan of panera so this issue is with the staff I encountered at the panera in Watertown, NY. I placed a phone order at 3:25PM, with a pick up time at 3:45PM. I paid the cashier at 3:37PM when I was told it would be «10 minutes» for my order to be ready. I waited until about 4:00PM, as 15 – 20 people walked by me with their orders placed and received. I asked to speak with Brian the manager and explained that I have been waiting 15 minutes over my scheduled pick up time for food that literally takes 5 minutes to prepare. He stated«because it’s a phone order we don’t get to it right away» even when the customer is waiting at the store during and after the scheduled pick up time. Brian reimbursed a very small portion of my order, although I felt his excuse was subpar. Meanwhile, an older blonde woman who was also a manager(name unknown) quickly came up to say rudely in front of me «her order is only 5 minutes late,» which is was obviously incorrect. Finally at 4:06 I had my food in hand, which ended up being rushed in the last 5 minutes. Moral of the story– never order online or via phone because you will be waiting longer than you would if you just walked in. I didn’t realize making 2 sandwiches took 40 minutes, but I guess it must depend on the competency of the staff you are asking to complete such a task.

Thanks for the food poisoning. Within 2 hours all the symptoms started and I spent the night very uncomfortable to say the least. Even without getting sick I could not give this place more than one star for the amazing lack of flavour in all dishes we had.

I hadn’t been to this Panera location in many months. I recall that while it used to be crazy-busy, the service was fast and the food was very good. On this visit, I was surprised to see that it wasn’t busy at all, even though it was lunch hour and the weather was fair. I thought we just got lucky. However, the wait for our food(party of two) was extraordinarily long… and this was just for soup, a salad an a cold sandwich! It’s not like they didn’t have enough staff; it looked almost more crowded behind the counter than in the dining area! My friend ordered some kind of soup that had chicken, quinoa, green beans and okra. She said that the green beans«could have been cooked more» and the okra wasn’t cut up well enough to be enjoyed in bite-sized morsels. She pretty much fished out the chicken and left a majority of the rest. I ordered a «Pick Two» combo of a small Caesar salad and a half Mediterranean veggie sandwich. The salad was decent, nothing spectacular. I ate about 2⁄3 of it. I’ve had the veggie sandwich before, and it seemed not as good as in the past. I can’t quite pinpoint the difference. The tomato basil bread was a bit too chewy, and the whole thing just seemed to lack any real tastiness Hopefully, I just caught them on an «off» day and this restaurant isn’t actually in a decline.

Slow, unfriendly service and mediocre food quality hampered my Panera visit in Watertown. The bathroom was also tiny and in a deplorable condition. With so many other options in this area, it’s probably best to avoid this Panera location. Woof.

Ordered the Asian sesame chicken salad and the Thai chicken flatbread sandwich. Both taste awesome, highly recommend it. Service was fast and easy. Staff was friendly.

I really do enjoy this place, it’s a healthier option with the casual dining experience. I love that you can choose different sides and their paninis are amazing. However today on a lunch date there with my husband I found a hair in my sandwich. The employee offered to make me another one but at that point I had lost my appetite. He tried to explain that sometimes the way the grill heats the cheese can cause it to look like small hairs, but either way I wasn’t taking the risk. I asked for my money back which he gave me a full refund and apologized. However when I returned to my seat at the booth, I noticed there were hairs, crumbs and dirt in the corner of the booth between where the back rest and the seat meet. I’m not sure if that had been collected that day, but it was an awful lot. Honestly it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week or more. Don’t get me wrong I love this place, the staff is always friendly, courteous and quick, but today’s visit really makes me think twice about going back there. If I do return, I’ll be sure to triple check my food and keep an eye out for dirt in the booths.

Always a stop for breakfast or lunch when we’re in Watertown or passing through. For a chain it’s very reliable with good service and good food.

Most of the food choices this far up North are on the unhealthy side. Luckily, Panera is there when you need to cleanse with something delicious and relatively healthy and fresh. The Strawberry Poppyseed Salad is to DIEFOR. I normally hate salad-y rabbit foods, but I crave this all the time. Something about mixing greens with fruit makes it so much more bearable. I don’t know what the dressing is, but it’s light and oh-so-addictive. Get a Pick-2 meal to get the most out of the many choices they have. It also comes with a delicious baguette! On breakfast runs, I get bagels. The Cinnamon Crunch is my favorite, but any bagel is exceptional when you pair it with the divine wonder that is honey walnut cream cheese. Plus, members get random perks like free drinks every now and then!

Painfully long lines any time after noon, pretty slow service. But the food was DELICIOUS. :) I suppose you cant blame a business for always being busy, it means something good is going on in there!

This parking lot will try to kill you! This is the most dangerous place in town – I don’t know why people drive crazy right here, but watch out! This is pretty much the only place to go when you want something healthy that still tastes like food. Everyone tends to either like or love Panera. Everytime I’ve gone here everything has been up to standard, plus the folks are nice. You never go here for a culinary experience, just something healthy that tastes good.

I only got a jalapeño cheddar bagel. The highlight of the bagel was the massive machine they use to cut the bagel. I mean they dropped a bagel in and a chute with motorized saw that cut the thing in half and shot it out the other side. I’m sure if you tilted that machine upward you could use bagels for clay shooting! The bagel itself was weird… I’m used to Montréal style bagels and the bagel seemed like marshmallow bread to me more than a bagel. It was light and chewy but the flavour wasn’t bad at all. I would pay to be able to cut my own bagel with the machine though! That’s a gold mine waiting to be exploited Panera Bread!!!

The staff here is generally great, but everytime I order s grilled sandwich it’s overcooked. I should note that I have gone to several Panera Bread locations and this is the only one I’ve had a problem with the food. I will stick to non-grilled sandwichs here.

I love this company. It has free wifi Comfy seat and tables. The bread and bagels are absolutely FANTASTIC. The pastries are great. Their soup/salad/sandwhiches are phenomanal. I love to get their cup of coffee and just keep refilling it! Decent prices for the quality of the food. So inviting to just sit and actually spend time with someone.
