If I could give a lower rating I would. Im at the point I dont want to pay my bill. I get 10 of the 22 I should get. If Isis is going to do anything to america I hope its to time warner.

There customer service Sux… you get the run around when you ask about promotions. you call the local number and its always busy. They are very pricey and they are the only option for good internet.

New to the area. Add getting my taste of the TW experience. So forget about honored appointments, apparently if they call you before they show up and you don’t answer; your not home. For the record I was home and no one called. Oh and that back up date. Never you mind that, it’s just for looks. I had to get another date because I called to found out what happened to the driver.

Absolute WORST cable service ever. Their phone lines are always busy, their customer service representatives are never helpful, and it seems every time I have an issue they pass me from one person to another because no one knows what they’re doing. For some reason they don’t understand that not EVERY problem can be solved by resetting my cable box. I am so sick of these people. Even their managers are flat out rude. They will waste your time and tell you to have a nice day afterwards.

Prepare to get screwed. I was hesitant to pay so much for a bundle, but I figured I’d be watching a lot of TV up here, which was accurate. I was afraid of a dish because of the 6 months of bad weather here, so I signed up… and for a few months I was satisfied. The bill was hanging at about $ 100… then it kept creeping up. I called in, oh it’s just taxes. Fine. Up to about $ 120, then I called up and they assured me I had the cheapest package, so I checked their website and they had some deal for $ 99, the person informs me our region isn’t covered. I keep telling myself I’ll switch, but once you add any decent channels to dish or directv the price is only about $ 10 less… I do look forward to moving back to a market where there is competition. Every month my bill creeps up more.
