Been coming here for years. Always quick. Always clean. The shirt special is what I mostly use because I hate to iron. The shirts come back crisp and clean even the ones with stains. Although I haven’t done a lot of other garments, they do a good job on suits and sports coats too.

They have done an excellent job with everything that I have brought in– sweaters, shirts, dresses, suits, ties, etc. The staff are very nice and personable and they have a very quick turnaround time. I would highly recommend them. Much better than expensive chain dry cleaners in the area and less expensive too!

This is a family place that’s been there forever. Their prices are fantastic and they actually do the work on-site. So they’re quick. I’ve had a dozen or two items cleaned here including shirts, cashmere’s, suits, and my girlfriend’s dresses. All the items have been great.

This place is great. I am glad I am able to go somewhere that is local family owned. I use to go to a place I like to call «Undependable» cleaners and they lost a shirt that went with a skirt set — it took then forever to resolve issue mostly becuase they do everything offsite. Paramount does everything onsite and they are very friendly and knowledgable. My husband got a casual jacket from his uncle, with no tag, and everywhere we took it said it was suede — which is done offsite, once a week by one company and it more expensive to clean. Took it here and guess what — not suede. Thank you very much.

Paramount Cleaners is a GREAT family oriented dry cleaner in Watertown, MA. Don’t worry about the listing address being wrong ( Unilocal currently lists it as Waltham, MA 2 451 but it is really located in Watertown, MA, 2 472… Unilocal-helpers will fix that soon enough.
They have been there what seems like forever and I have had great results with items I brought there.
The family is kind, courteous and professional.
Paramount Cleaners received the top billing of Honorable Mentions in the 2007 Readers Choice awards.
I know the family personally. We «kids» were schoolmates and have a lot of history together.
