I brought my dress to get altered for the military ball. The lady was exceptionally nice and was able to make suggestions for my dress. I got the hem shortened and she added boards to the sides so that the top wouldn’t fall down– I’m a little smaller up too if you know what I mean!
The dress was ready in a week which still have me plenty of time before the event. After my final fitting she sewed the straps down so they weren’t visible while I was getting dressed and didn’t charge me extra. The only reason I rated this place ⁴⁄₅ was because the hours are a little inconvenient. They are open Tuesday through Saturday 11 – 6 and when I first looked up this place and called they were closed for two weeks. However, they are back open for business and very helpful. I plan on using them again for future alterations and possibly dry cleaning!
