KFC

i waited 10 min to order; had to repeat twice as he wasn’t paying attention; got to the drive thru, paid at window & was only then told they didn’t have original recipe — I said well, there’s 4 cars behind me you may want to drop more — i’ll take 8 pieces of whatever, just not spicy. Long hair guy told me KFC was NOT a fast food restaurant and it would be a 20 min wait. I advised it’s 6pm on a Friday night — he slammed window shut & walked away. I knocked on window twice to ask for refund, lady ignored me-​TWICE. Ten minutes later (total 20 ?) long hair brought food to window & practically threw it at me and slammed the window shut. Got home, had ordered 8pc w/​mashed/​gravy & potato wedges. Got 7pc chicken, smashed biscuits (have pictures), no butter, no napkins, 2 mashed/​gravy & cole slaw. Completely UNACCEPTBLE behavior. Long hair had no hair net; seemed angry about having to work. Woman at window ignored me completely — had I gotten her attention, I would have demanded refund and gone elsewhere. Had no choice but to wait, KFC already had my $$. Filled out online survey with all above info — we’ll see what happens next!
