If there was a possibility of a lower score i would give it… we ordered around 1pm on a non football Sunday and were given a 45 minute wait time. Not only did it take an hour and a half, they called us and told us we put the wrong address in on our online order. I have the verification that showed the correct address, so i don’t know how they could’ve possibly messed that up… now onto the food. I know what too expect when i order Pizza Hut, but our food looked like Plastic and was ice cold. It honestly looked like a pizza that was sitting out overnight and reheated in a microwave. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again and i would highly recommend you don’t either.

I wish I would have looked to Unilocal before ordering. Over and hour and fifteen minutes for a Sunday lunch delivery. When the pizza and garlic bread came did come it was cold and the boxes crumpled. Ordered thin crust and got thick. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Very slow service. Only 3 tables with customers and 40 min in, still no pizza. Thirty min for the appetizer to show up. Was never asked if we wanted drink refills. Our appetizer was not cut, just a slab of garlic bread we had to cut. It’s a shame because the food is actually quite good. Doubt I would go in to eat, think I will stick ty o ordering online and pick it up myself. It’s actually quicker.
