Harmony Day Spa

My neck muscles like to throw regular temper tantrums at me for forcing it to strain for odd hours in front of a laptop and on frequent plane rides. As a result, I have become a poster child for massage therapy.
Traveling to Watertown, where the city population rounds up to zero, I was highly skeptical of what it had to offer, especially in the realm of spa services. I came to Harmony Day Spa with great doubts, but even greater neck pains… and left feeling like I was on cloud nine.
Meet Timothy, resident masseuse maven. Timothy is zen epitomized. Everything about him is slow, relaxed, and calming. Even his soothing speech immediately neutralized my otherwise antsy nature, aggravated by the fact I was running late. Never once did I feel like I was being rushed. He took his time talking to me about my issues and worked on creating a customized therapy session to focus on my pain areas. I actually fell asleep at a certain point and woke up feeling years younger.
Thank you for hiding this miracle worker of a masseuse in the middle of nowhere NY so that he is a well kept secret. No thank you for the fact that it means I will have to travel back to the middle of nowhere NY in order to feel like a happily functioning human being again.

I have been coming here for almost two years now and have never had a problem booking an appointment or with any of my appointments. Typically, I come for a wax and always feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the process. During a recent visit, I decided to ask about facials (I’ve never had one before). Laurie (the owner) explained several to me that would be beneficial for my skin concerns.
I booked an appointment for the four layer mask facial and nervously went to my appointment.
After she brought me down to the room where the procedure was to be performed, she explained the series of events to be expected. Throughout her explanation she asked if I had any questions. She was very welcoming and comforting and provided a fantastic explanation for what was to be expected.
After undressing and getting comfortable on the table she came in and began my facial. It was an AMAZING experience and I highly recommend it to everyone! The aromas of the product and the room were relaxing; the subtle music in the background helped me to unwind. I felt as though I was being transported to another place. Her expertise with facials made each phase feel like second nature for her hands. I am beyond words by how impressed I am from this experience.
As I mentioned, this was my first facial every and so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but I will definitely be setting the bar high for my future facials. I walked out of my appointment feeling extremely relaxed and my face feels softer than a baby’s bottom. Honestly, I’m not sure when my face has ever felt this great! I will be back for more!

This is by far the best Spa I have ever been to. Harmony Day Spa has everything you can imagine from Hair Care Service to Massages to Pedicure’s and Manicure’s. Since, arriving to the Watertown area in 2012 I have been going to the Spa every month and I have always been treated me with 5 Star Customer Service. It is a great Spa with a huge emphasis on customer service. The Staff at the Spa are very professional and great at putting customer’s needs first. If you are looking for somewhere to go to relax then you’ve found the right place. At there website you can find all the great services they offer.

I went to Harmony Day Spa earlier this week and enjoyed my time spent there. The establishment is quaint and off the main road on Arsenal St — very easy to find. I scheduled my appointments via phone and the staff was pleasant and knowledgable. When I arrived I was greeted at the door and my coat was taken and hung up in the closet. Laurie is the owner and she is wonderful. She gave me a tour of her facility and made me feel very welcomed. I also ran into some personal scheduling issues and they were extremely accommodating. They continue to go above and beyond. I recommend Harmony to anyone and will continue to return.

This is one of the most relaxing day spas I’ve been to in the Watertown, NY area. It isn’t the most luxurious but it is very personal and comfortable. Harmony does an amazing job of meeting your needs and making you feel welcome and rested no matter what service you’re there for. Their services are plenty. They have everything from massages to manicures to body scrubs and sauna sessions.
This spa does lean more towards a feminine atmosphere than a unisex one, but they serve both men and women. My husband goes for massages with me occasionally, and never regrets the decision. We both enjoy the experience.
