My daughter and I both go here. The staff is friendly and helpful when looking for products. Great place to go for everything waxes, facials and hair.

A few months ago I got the keratin treatment. The girl was very friendly and chatty and I tipped her well. My hair looked great but after one wash it was back to normal! It was $ 200 I’m so angry but I let it go. I barely get out of the house with a baby so I’m really upset that I spent the little money I had saved and it sucked.
On the other hand the girl (Jordan?) who works the benefit brow bar is amazing! She needs 5 stars on her own!

love, love, love ULTA. Blows sephora out of the water. They offer a range of higher end, unique drugstore brands, all the way up to hard-​to-​find high end product. they have constant sales, free products with purchase, a huge perfume array. I have not used their skin services yet but have heard great things. Sign up for their rewards program — you get tons of unadvertised deals via catalog promoting silent store deals and online.

Seeing as this is the only high end beauty store in the area it’s only natural that I spend a decent amount of my free time (and money) here. I really love their sales and how helpful the girls are. I’m also a fan of their microzone mini facials. The aesthetician is very sweet and really makes sure to give you the most bang for your buck. After she spent a few extra minutes on my skin she gave me very generous samples of the products she used for me to try at home! :)
The only reason I lost a star is because I went there for a hair glaze on another day and had to wait for the hairdresser for 45 minutes past my appointment. Then after the hair glazing (which took NO EFFECT on my hair except damaging it and not lightening it at all) I was charged an additional 15 because I have SO much hair. Understandable, I’m not mad I know my hair is a handful. But I just felt that considering how long I waited that could have at least been waived. Oh well, still love this place! Will definitely be returning for more salon services and of course to shop!

Love this place! It can be a little pricey, but watch for good sales! So glad they opened one up here. It great to be able to get REAL professional beauty supplies. I always leave with a bottle of OPI. They also offer a rewards program which works with their other locations as well.
