I’m not originally from MA and it feels weird to have to find a new doctor, hair dresser — you name it. There’s a certain amount of risk involved. Luckily I found a reliable place to tan if I want to. I’ve been to glow a few times now and feel comfortable there. Amanda was extremely helpful my first day (she spent a lot of time explaining pricing /​packages to me– which can sometimes be confusing at tanning places) and the staff continues to be friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone — and a plus is that they have easy parking.

Jenna at the front desk is super nice, sweet and helpful! This place is very clean, you don’t need to wait most of the visits, the packages, if you join on the first of each month, are very affordable! Love this tanning salon

I just went to Glow Tanning this evening for a spray tan and have nothing but positive things to say. It was easy to make an appointment — pretty open availability. I went in about an hour later, and since I was completely clueless (haven’t been to a Mystic tan before), the woman working talked me through it. She was very helpful, informative, and had some good tips (lotion up your cuticles, hands, and feet, and pat dry). Super nice, clean beds, and friendly staff. I’ll definitely go back for tanning in the future.

When you turn onto the street you will think that there is no way it’s 500ft on the right but as you keep going it’s right around the corner with a green sign that says glow on the right.
As you first walk in you will be greeted with a smile and awesome conversation that makes you not only feel welcomed but also at home.
On the 1st of every month they do a special to get new members and that’s how they got me! $ 19.99 for level 1 beds for 30 days no commitment. If you want a level up its not that much at all! For a 1 month package with the level 3 bed/​standup it’s only $ 54.00!
So definitely take advantage of this because this place is a hidden gem!

Been going to Glow on & off for years when in need of a little sun fix :) This place is Great ! Super clean & lots of different options. The hours are very accommodating for working people etc. The staff ! Glow is top notch as well. Jenna is my favorite, super sweet & helpful & has remembered my name from point 1. Glow in Watertown is well worth the money so please check them out !

I purchased a groupon for one month unlimited level one tanning hoping to tan enough for two days out in the sun sans spf 30. The staff was very helpful and courteous from the moment I walked in. I didn’t get any color after the first session with using a lotion I had purchased, so the employee let me use her better lotion to use just to be nice. The next time I still lacked color, so I was able to upgrade a few sessions easily (level four) for a reasonable rate. Both employees I encountered were wonderful. Five stars for the amazing customer service!

I don’t usually tan but this winter was epic and as someone from the south who is use to getting a little more sun this place was clutch.
Very clean, lots of different options and knowledgeable about their product. Jenna was very helpful!
Even if you don’t tan, I recommend dropping in from time to time during those deep winter months for some vitamin D.

I just discovered this location and so far so good.
The equipment was in good condition and very clean. They had a few stand up beds levels 1 – 4 and a few beds that I didn’t explore.
Overall a decent location for tanning. I did enjoy how this location appeared to have more locals than college kids however I think the price may be the deterrent. A bit on the higher price end but I will return!
The one thing I didn’t understand is some of the confusing pricing. I will have to inquire next time.

My mom and I recently became members at GLOW and we highly suggest you do too! Originally we were tanning at Hollywood Tan but they shut the doors and we had to find another option. We made the mistake of going to Darque Tan (NEVER go there) and after being so disappointed we were ready for another bad experience. Luckily this place is the complete opposite!
The staff are so friendly and helpful. The salon is clean. They have beds, stand ups and mystic tan. The hours are great. They have a parking lot right in front. And most importantly their prices are very reasonable.
I highly recommend this tanning salon!

Loved the level 4 bed! Cleanest and most professional place I have tanned at! The girl at the desk knew what she was talking about, she was helpful and straight forward and wasn’t trying to sell me something I didn’t want. Really great experience!

My experiences so far have been mixed. I bought a 5-​package for just under $ 70 after taxes, which is a bit on the expensive side. On two occasions the same bed I was assigned to was malfunctioning, which I discovered when I hit the ‘Start’ switch. The most powerful bed they have is pretty effective, although the fans barely work. The staff is helpful for the most part.

Really nice tanning salon. I’ve done both beds and spray tan and the booths are very clean and the attendant is always very helpful. They have a nice waiting area and play good music as well

I have been going to Glow Tanning for a few years now. This is an average tanning salon. I have only used their regular beds which is about $ 35 for a package of 5 visits. The beds are not very strong but just about average. They work best when someone has just come out and it has been heated up first otherwise you will only get minimal heat and color. Other than that, a pretty good place!

The bed (i think level 4) was very nice. i liked it a lot. the face lamps felt strong (but in a good way.)
This place is a little pricey but what tanning salon isnt these days…
i will go back, the price makes it not my favorite but the beds are great and you pay for what you get.

The cleanest, nicest, happiest, coolest, funnest (ok I know funnest isn’t a word) but this place is a tanning metropolis. They have fair prices and their Mystic Tan has never disappointed me. I will only do a spray tan for fear of paying for melanoma. I went here on a Saturday and on a Monday my boss asked me if I went away for the weekend. I said no, but should’ve lied. He don’t pay me enough to vacay for a weekend!
