Fantastic Burger! For a smaller bar they have an excellent selection of beers on tap, which they rotate new offerings in regularly. Solid Pub fare, warm friendly atmosphere.

No service on a slow afternoon after an acknowledgement. 10 minute and two tables serve that came in after me. I even showered and shave for the New Year.

Good food, great beer variety and decent service. Been going there regularly for years. I recommend everything on their menu(except their nachos)

So so sad that Belmont doesn’t have any decent pubs. This is my local pub; lots of locals here and it gets full in the evenings. Just wish I liked the food more. Below average burgers, paper thin and dry turkey burgers, scrawny buffalo wings. I’ve been here 4 times, and I can’t say I’ve ever had anything that was even average pub food. Guess I’ll just keep driving to get to a decent pub.

Has this place changed hands or something? They used to do a great sandwich and had a great vibe. Those things are long gone. Staff were attentive enough but were a bit too helicopterish. Could take a tip from Donohue’s staff. Check in with me but don’t chit chat so much. It’s awkward. Food isn’t what it was.

These guys are great. The staff works hard and the menus is pretty vast. I like the steak roll up the burgers are amazing and the rings. . Oh the rings. To die for. Don’t be scared of their bar seafood. My lady left town for a week and I are the seafood special 3 or 4 times. Great buttery savory dish. As for the beers. Beers: They used to have a bad selection and bumped it up big. I love ipas and they focus their selection on ipa. Doubles singles fruity hoppy. Blah blah. Enjoy

My favorite bar in Boston. The owner is beyond nice and we always have a good laugh together. I recommend to go for drinks at night or lunch and drinks! Great service, great prices!

My friend and I went here on a Monday afternoon. It wasn’t crowded at all. The first thing we did was sit down at an empty table and the waitress came up to us and said«I can’t clean the table when your sitting down. My arms aren’t that long.» She said it in a very rude way. This was my first impression… then we ordered drinks and our glasses were empty for quite awhile, our waitress and the other waiter on the floor passed by several times before we had to get their attention so we could order another. Overall, customer service is lacking and they get a 0 score for friendliness and making first timers feel like they want to come back.

Conley’s is my jam. They’ve got a slew of beers on tap, ample seating, a big menu, and the right amount of TVs to enjoy a game without being overwhelmed by it while you’re out with friends and still looking to have a conversation. The food has always treated me right and I can’t get over the number of beers they’ve got on tap. I dinged them one-star because the service — while always friendly — has a tendency to lag quite a bit. It’s not uncommon to have your server disappear for 10 – 15 minutes at a time when you need a refill on your Goose Island, another order of fries, or the check.

Went to visit a friend who bartends there. Only took me about 3 years to finally go over and guess what. He took the night off. LOL. Anyway his fill in was also a great guy so I stuck around for a drink and some food. Bumped into a friend while there as well. Makes me think that this is a place I want to check out more often. Oh and the baked haddock was really good as well…

Friends in Watertown took us here last night based on their cousin’s recommendation and everything was great. Love that you can get pitchers of almost any beer! Our waitress was excellent and the food was a really good value. We had the buffalo tenders and the basket of buns to start, and both were delicious. We all had a hard time settling on what to get because everything looked so good. I went with a Reuben and devoured it and didn’t have room to try anyone else’s food but they were all happy with what they got, too: grilled cheese, steak and cheese wrap, and the California club turkey wrap. I’m surprised it wasn’t busier there but maybe they get a bigger crowd during the week.

This place has a lot of potential, but for some reason I have yet to have a great experience here. This occasion I went here for lunch and there were very few patrons in the restaurant. The service was slow, the food wasn’t hot, and it sounded like they might have been construction in the basement because the whole time we were trying to have a conversation they had some loud machine going. What I will say is this place does have a great selection of beer, wines and spirits. So if you are looking for a bar room you may not mind the experience.

I love this place! My husband and I end up here about once a week. Pros: Great draft beer selection Cheap eats Food is pretty good for a dive bar. I love the burger, Cajun chicken sandwich and the grilled cheese(you get 2). The steak fries are good but the sweet potato fries are better Fast service Cons: It’s freezing in there! Always! The pizza — it’s very sub par Overall, it’s a good dive bar where you can get a decent meal at a good price while watching the game. It’s the perfect Sunday afternoon place to relax.

Stopped at Conley’s for dinner with my Dad while passing through on my way from Newport to Portsmouth. It had some interesting Unilocal reviews, is close to his apartment and we were looking for something quick. Walked in a saw a decent sized bar to the left and smaller dining room to the right. We decided to just grab a table so we could bullshit instead of sitting in near the bar. The food was good, especially the Steak Tips & Scallops my dad ordered and came in a large enough portion to share some with me. My burger was decent as well. The beer prices seemed a little higher than I’m used to for Sam and Guinness. They poured the Guinness properly despite the earlier review. There were plenty of TVs around with the games on. Conley’s is a decent little sports pub and I’d recommend it if that’s what you’re looking for.

Snap playa! Literally, play golf at Freshie and snap in to a batch of up to 30 crisp, meaty wings for a quarter a piece on Tuesdays. Sure, there are stipulations. First, you have to buy a pitcher of ice cold beer, ranging from $ 11 from the ol’ classic Bud Light to $ 17 for premiums like Long Trail. Second, there needs to be at least two of you to drink that beer while you munch on your jumbo, steamy wings. I’ll return, no question, and not just because the Watertown options run scant outside of Strip T’s newfound fame and 21 Nickels’ early evening opening, but because the wings are done proper and the service sung with smiles. A beer and a half with 10 wings for under $ 10 is a mighty fine snack, m’friends.

I couldn’t be more happy to find Conley’s since moving to Belmont. It’s always good to have a local pub with a very friendly staff, when you need some eats & a few brews with a Bruins game. The burgers are decent enough for a pub. I had a BBQ pulled pork sandwich the other night, and it was actually really tasty. I liked that they didn’t drench it in sauce, just enough for flavor without turning my plate into a pond. Their onion rings are just the style I like. Thick cut, double beer battered, with a side of BBQ sauce… it’s the little things. But if you have a few guys together for a game I would highly recommend a plate of chili nachos. They were awesome! From the beer side of things… you can’t go wrong with a place that has $ 2.50 pints of PBR on tap. Plus they have pitchers. The PBR is around $ 5 if my memory is correct. The staff is great here. They all seem to look out for each other. If your glass is empty and a waiter/waitress(any of them) passes by they’ll be more then happy to grab you another. They’re also a pretty chatty & friendly bunch.

Conley’s is a great neighborhood pub. Our food has always come promptly and properly cooked. I’ve noticed you can’t always count on that when it comes to burgers in this town. Conley’s doesn’t make that mistake. The staff has always treated us well and kept our beers filled. I haven’t yet tried the prime rib but I think that’s going to be corrected on our next visit.

My wife and I stopped by Sunday afternoon for a pint and a bite to eat. When we arrived the place was empty save a single woman sitting at a corner both with her laptop open. She kindly let us know that the bartender/waiter had stepped out for a second. It wasn’t too long before Tim found us at a booth and took our order. My wide ordered the nachos and I ordered a pizza, half pepperoni. Usually this is the point where I accept the fact that I live in Boston(formally from NY) and that I’ll shortly be staring down at an overly processed, overly greasy(in a bad way) and overall poor excuse for a pizza(did I mention that spent 4 years in the kitchen of an Italian restaurant in the Bronx which many consider to have some of the greatest pizza around? So, yeah, I’m a pizza snob). I sucked down a Long Trail Double Bag in an effort to abate the headache that was creeping in from the previous days 12 hour beer and BBQ marathon and waited for the food to arrive. While we did we took note of the staff sparkling the place up, even going so far as to sweep the street out front. It didn’t take too long for Tim to swing by with our meal. My wife’s nachos? Oven baked with tender flavorful chicken and cheese properly distributed so each chip had a fair blanket of goodness. My Pizza? Holy Sh*t– Outside of the North End I have yet to have a pizza in Boston that comes close to this! Isn’t Conley an Irish name? This is crispy(not crackery) thin crust pizza, a tangy properly spiced sauce, quality cheese and the good kind of grease. The kind that is a byproduct of a good mozzarella and homemade sauce. The crust had the residue of the flour used on the pizza board, a clear sign this bad boy was not made in one of thise assembly line pizza maker so prominent around Boston and the suburbs. Tim was pleasant and courteous, the place was clean, the pizza was better that you could possibly imagine. If all they did was pizza they would deserve all the success in the world. A slightly more eclectic beer selection and this place get’s the fifth star.(Did I mention I was a beer snob too?) Don’t pass this place up.

Was here last night for a B-day party. The service was awful. To be fair I will start off by saying the birthday girl did not make reservations and there were about 10 of us and we all ordered at different times. That being said the waitress was awful. At the end of the evening she coped a major attitude when people asked her to split the check. Yes its probably a pain and yes people should have asked first, but you just soldier up and split the check. She used the words«this is becoming a problem for me» I’m sorry your tip has now become a problem for me. When she came back with all the checks she practically threw them on the table. Chick was lucky my BF was paying because i wouldn’t have given her any tip at all and that is a strong statement coming from me. Also the food was bland. I had a taco wrap which was cold. I think they meant for it to be cold but it was weird. There were mixed reviews from most people. I had a beer so I can not comment on the drinks but they did seem to have a decent drink list.
