Waterford Precision Cycles

I wanted to thank you so much for helping with my Gunnar! (For those who don’t know, Waterford Cycles also produces Gunnar Cycles…) I had a small issue with my Gunnar frame, and they went out of their way to help me repair it under my warranty. The repaired frame is perfect.
I’ve bought bikes from several manufacturers over the years, but Gunnar is truly in a different league. The frame is definitely top of the line, but it’s sold at an incredible price. On top of that, my customer service experience with you couldn’t have been better. You guys really went above and beyond to help me out.
Anyone in the market for a new bike should seriously consider Waterford and Gunnar. Their frames are top of the line, and their customer service is unbelievable.

Update: after a lot of litigation with the shop owner, my frame was begrudgingly replaced. They wouldn’t offer a warranty on the work that was done, and need to seriously change their attitude. I won’t be returning.
