I have been a patient here for over 20 years… Dr Poy is a GREAT dentist and is very good at his work. unfortunately, their office is terrible! My whole family has been going to this office for over 20 years and they refuse to work on payment plans with me, and are extremely rude! I accidentally missed my appointment for the first time in 20 years and they felt the need to call me and be very rude! asking me to come in and pay for my next visit in advance before they will let me schedule my appointment (which is the 2^nd part of my already started root canal). Dr poy’s wife was extremely rude and told me that she is «not playing my games anymore» because I missed one appointment? go here for good work, but expect to be treated like garbage!

Awesome, awesome dentist. This guy is an artist and he knows what he’s doing. He’s very straight forwards and he makes time to talk to you. He’s friendly and reassuring and his wife is a joy as a dental assistant. I trust him with my teeth. A little on the pricey side, but worth it. I’m very picky after some dentist in warren gave me an invention improperly and made my face droop and another in east pointe botched my root canal, but I finally found a good one here. I like his honesty and the fact that they make their own crowns. He’s very knowledgeable and isn’t a place to score Vicodin if that’s what your looking for.
