Planet Wings

I’m giving two stars based on my previous two orders. The staff and delivery people are usually very nice and far from being a problem. To be far, they use to be very good and the last few times were shaky. The wings were super dry and super overcooked. I order there a lot, and like some other reviews mentioned, the wings are getting smaller and the quality is visibly declining. The inconsistency about your order is a concern as you never know what’s coming. Sometimes they manage to deliver great wings and is worth the price — 50 wings with drinks and tips is just over $ 50 bucks.
I called and complained to the manager, who apologized, anbut will definitely give them a chance. I enjoy the convenience of having them close to me and really wish they can improve or I will be forced to stop ordering there.

So it’s been about 15 years since I’ve eaten anything from a «planet wings.» The Giants were playing Sunday, a friend was coming over with a few beers. We ordered 50 hot wings two orders of curly fries. I WAS ACTUALLY SURPRISED. The wings were above average. Honestly I thought we were going to get cheap, fatty, greasy wings. The kind that after you eat10 you need a friggin nap.
50 wings were a decent price, on the small side but definitely worth trying again. I will order from this Planet Wings again. Oh and delivery came fast!

They messed up my order when it took over an hour and they told me to give the wings back when they brought the correct wings back to me. They should be giving me those wings for free! They screwed up and it’s there fault, not mine. NEVER order from there. Not going back. **EDIT** Owner of the store called me and was very rude on the phone. He had saw my review on Unilocal and asked why I didn’t contact him first to resolve the issue. I shouldn’t of had to contact you to resolve the issue. Your employee should of contacted you. *****REVISED*****
On 3÷5÷2015 I gave Planet Wings a second
chance and I got home opened up my drink after finishing it after found a hair stuck to the top of the cup. That’s disgusting. I am NEVER eating or ordering from Planet Wings ever again. THATS SO NASTY!

I’ve ordered from Washingtonville twice, Monroe once, and Newburgh three times over the past several years. The wings get smaller every year. I’m not sure they are chicken, pigeon maybe. Great if you are on a diet. You cannot get fat eating here.

Its a Planet Wings… thats about it. Nothing amazing or special.

Ordered Honey BBQ Boneless wings with extra sauce. I wish they would put enough sauce so you wouldn’t have to order the extra sauce and pay more money. Other planet wings put sufficient sauce. Other than that the wings taste good. Small restaurant but appears to be clean.

We ordered from then often since they opened. Good Cheese Steaks, Gyros. Wings use to be better, ordered today and they were black and real ugly looking and tasting. Check the pic. Really thought they would have some consistency as they seem to be a growing chain. Was kind of cool to see an orange county business doing well but this one isn’t impressing me any more.

Great wings. Food is cooked to order so be patient. Lots of great flavored sauces, good old school hot buffalo wings plus new greats like gourmet garlic. Wide varied menu burgers are great. Have not tried pizza or mexican dishes. Clean with friendly help. They deliver or eat in
