Stopped in to sample the brews. Bartender was very informative and engaging. I have been there when everyone was more interested in their phones. Very nice evening!

Great food and beer. I would recommend the Jonquil Belgian beer, it is delicious! The burgers aren’t too shabby either.

We enjoy the beer here. I usually stick with the stout, while my husband enjoys one of the seasonals(some favorites being the Imperial pumpkin vanilla porter or the Oktoberfest.) The menu seems to have changed and grown since they first opened, which I am glad to see. We have been here many times for beer, but just recently decided to try the food again. We went there on a Wednesday, which is «build your own mac n cheese night». I ordered mine with chicken, bacon, tomatoes, spinach, and extra parmesan cheese. WOW, it was delicious! My husband was even impressed, and he’s not nearly as much of a pasta-lover as I am. He ordered the brisket and also really liked his meal. Their pub chips are also good, as they are indeed made fresh in-house. I think we’ll be back for dinner again, and probably on a Wednesday!

We were here this weekend for lunch, which we have done a couple times now. Each time the food and service and beer have been good. Food was very fresh and seasoned well. Definitely recommend and we will definitely be back!

We returned on a Friday night around 6:00PM and the service was much better. The food was good and the Stout Beer was outstanding. Much better experience that the Saturday afternoon that we went there.

Was in town for a wedding. Went two nights in a row. Sat at the bar with a few friends and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We felt like a regular after the first night. We asked several questions about their beer and they were very eager to talk beer with us. I brew my own beer and love going to every brew pub in a place I visit. This place is definitely worth visiting if you love micro brews. They had 11 of their own beers on tap and a few guest beers. Place was very clean and plenty of places to visit.

My husband and I are big microbrew fans, and a couple of years ago we stumbled over the fresh beer and wonderful menu at the Augusta Brewing Company, out in the tiny town of Augusta — remote, with limited hours. On our most recent trip to Missouri, we were extremely happy to discover this place in Washington, a bigger town. We loved the beer once again and were very impressed by the food, too. We had the fish and chips, which were mostly traditional but perfectly prepared. The interesting twist was capers in the«tartar» sauce instead of pickle relish. What a great idea. We also tried an unusual savory-sweet pie, listed on the starter menu, which combined pears with Gorgonzola and pecans. The greens served with this should have been dressed, but otherwise this dish was marvelous. We also tried the tempura green beans, very satisfying — fake-healthy fried veggies(hey, we were on vacation) really are yummy. This place is a gift. I think it’s pretty new — I hope it takes off like gangbusters. We took home a growler of the IPA, which is great. but we really had a hard time choosing what to fill the growler with. They had a terrific saison, and I also found the rye bright and tasty. Wish we could have stayed all day and come back for dinner and more pours. What a find! Check it out.
