I used CPM to help me get my DC business license for my one rental property. Scott Bloom and his staff made the whole process completely painless and effortless by navigating the details, arranging to get my smoke detecters up to code, simplifying the paperwork, meeting the inspector, and ultimately getting me across the finish line. I didn’t have the time or patience to do this on my own — I highly recommend CPM’s services.

Columbia Property Management is a management company like you’d hope one would be like: responsive, fair, understanding. CPM was great to me the entire time I rented from them. The building, sure, had some problems, but I let them know and they were on it. Scott Bloom was quick to respond, to let me know my rights and to suggest others things that would make my life easy. He’s good people and CPM is a good trustworthy company.
