I work a block away so this establishment is super convenient, not to mention inexpensive. The owner is very nice and alterations are done fairly quick; this is my third time using VIP Cleaners and I’ve never had to wait more than a few days for alterations. She always calls when the garments are ready to be picked up. This is probably why she’s been in business for 32 years! Keep up the good work!

Super expensive and poor quality alterations — I came to have some pants hemmed and taken in at the waist. That should normally be about $ 20 – 25 anywhere. They charged me $ 45, and the first time I wore the pants, I bent down and they ripped right up the seam they had taken in. Definitely will not go back, even to try to the dry cleaning.

I didn’t realize this drycleaner was right next door to my office until I needed alternations on a dress quickly. The owner even called me when my dress was ready for pick-up. Awesome service.

Great spot. Very cheap — I got 5 shirts done for 8 dollars — but also fast and high quality. Very kind owner has been in business there for almost 40 years and does a great job. I highly recommend for any dry cleaning or minor repair needs. Great spot.

Really kind and did a great job on my dry cleaning. Owner also did some minor repairs for me without charging. New to the city, and appreciated the good job!

I should really learn that dry cleaning in DC is worthless. I always have to wash the clothes because dry cleaners here do nothing to actually clean the clothes, they just iron them. I washed the clothes I wanted«dry cleaned» and took them here with explicit instructions that I wanted the dress ironed to remove the crinkles. $ 27 later, it came back crinkled. They lady tried to tell me it looks better crinkled, but too bad I needed it ironed correctly to not expose the slip underneath. Lesson learned.
