What’s there to say about the food? It’s a Subway. End of story for the gourmands. But I want to note that this particular Subway has some of the nicest employees I’ve found in a Subway anywhere. Not everyone speaks English too well – but everyone I’ve met there has been kind and well-​mannered and even sometimes fun. A good place.

This is a relatively normal Subway, and because it’s the closest one to my house, it’s the one I visit the most when I need to get a Subway.
I am reading it three stars because it’s just an average subway, nothing too good about it, but nothing too bad about it.
One thing that is kind of annoying about this location is that it’s hours don’t match the temple of its location. Being on 17th Street and having so many bars that go late night, they’re definitely losing out on business by closing at 8 PM every day. Especially considering there’s McDonald’s next door that is always busy and it’s 24 hours.
Also, this location tends to have workers who disappear into the back at every second. There’s never anyone there waiting, and the last time I was there, I had to knock on the glass in front of the ingredients to get someone’s attention to start a sandwich.
I haven’t had any sanitary issues at this locations, however, so that’s good.

I love the veggie sandwiches with avocado, and those veggie-​patties. The sweet onion sauce is delish.
The guy who put my meal together was sweet and very patient with me. (I have only been to Subway a few times in my life, so I kept getting confused about what I wanted haha.)

No water. Cold staff incapable to hear. Chairs not set up on patio on beautiful day. Crowded interior.

Smaller size subway, never crowded for dinner. Sometimes a bit of a language barrier combined with new employees but always friendly. Watch out they close early!

You’ve probably had Subway’s food before, so I’m leaving that at the door. This review is primarily for this location’s service.
In terms of efficiency, speed and friendliness this is one of the few franchised restaurant that is consistently top notch. The three guys that are working there every time I walk down the block from my office are friendly and have got it down in terms of making your sandwich and getting you out the door (or to your seat, but I’ve never ate at the location).
At a place like Subway or any fast-​food place, this is what I look for and cannot recommend this enough on those terms.
