Fast when there is s line. Good customer service. When they got my drink wrong they gave me a gift card to make it up to me and remade my drink. The new coconut milk is great.

I found this Starbucks to be in a great location, with excellent service and a friendly staff. I also found there to be plenty of seating early in the afternoon on a Saturday. This location is with visiting our revisiting.

I have exclusively been going to this Starbucks location every day for the past 5 years. Compared to other Starbucks around the metropolitan area, this particular location is one of the best in the area. Leon the manager runs a tight ship and if something is wrong he is quick to fix it free of charge and with a smile. The other employees are outstanding and it’s fascinating to watch them grow with a great company. Happy employees=Happy customers… This is a testament to Leon’s leadership. This is a great location, only two blocks from the White House. Do not go next door to the New York Café and waste your money on subpar food and drinks.

I go to a lot of Starbucks in DC and this one is, hands down, the best. The staff is friendly and they remember you. They are attentive with getting your name right and getting you your order as fast as possible in this very busy location. Tons of seating both indoors and outside.

Just like in Southern California, there’s a Starbucks located every block in DC. This particular one is located ½ block from my hotel, and was opened on Saturday and Sunday. I guess since it was the weekend, it wasn’t very crowded so our drink orders came out quickly, and there were plenty of places to sit. I was very impressed on how the store was laid out… little«nooks» throughout the store, to create a cubicle type area for those who need to work on their laptops, and with a plug located under the seat. Many Starbucks lack the outlets, but this one has plenty! A thumbs up for this place. I can’t quite give it 5 stars, as the homeless uses the front area to hold their personal effects. From the outside it looks like they’re not open, as the umbrellas were closed and the furniture pushed against the side of the building. Perhaps they do that because they figure its cold and no one wants to sit outside, but it didn’t look inviting. 4 solid stars for the staff and drinks.

This Starbucks has the worst customer service of any Starbucks where I have purchased coffee. Four people working, four people ahead of me in line, 15 minutes. Employees too busy talking to each other. Oh and they got my order wrong and the person behind me, his order was wrong as well.

This Starbucks is fine. It usually doesn’t have a line and the staff is friendly enough. I don’t like that the homeless just hang out in here, I’ve been panhandled and talked at several times. It always makes me question the cleanliness of the booths as well.

My favorite Starbucks! The staff is helpful and knowledgable. They always remember my drink order and get it started before I even arrive at the counter. They are super fast during the morning rush.

The manager: super cool. The new people: bless their hearts. I’m better off writing my order on my own cup.

Such a bad experience. They didn’t have an Grande cups and so you were forced to get either a smaller or larger cup. Then they asked repeatedly if you were sure you wanted a venti because it was 20 ounces. It took forever to get two drinks made and you would have thought they were all learning how to make the drinks that day. I also asked for a water and they never gave it to me. I’m sure if I asked for it that it would have taken for ever. The trash cans were overflowing and there was trash all over the place. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to by far. It was such a turnoff because the place was just trashed and the workers didn’t even care.

This Starbucks is tiny and super busy. There’s often a long line, and then the wait to get your drink is even loonger. If you’re looking for a Starbucks where you can actually sit down and chat, go to the one at 14th and G(though be warned, they have made messing up your order an art form at that location).

In DC for a week, this Starbucks became my Washington office. The staff is helpful, the Wifi free, and the electric plugs plentiful. Most importantly it’s across the street from the IDB, two blocks from Treasury, four from EEOB, and down the street from my hotel. On Friday, I even bought a cup of coffee, plugged in, went on line, threw away the coffee and left in 10 minutes.

This Starbucks serves a huge morning crowd headed to the offices on New York and a steady stream of White House tourists all day. They stay stocked and their managers, who turn over a little less often than their 4 – 5 person staff, are generally willing in a problem-solving mindset. And the coffee is not subpar for the chain. The rest that could be said about this place is not positive. Forced by many an unprepared morning to eat breakfast on the way into work, I have presented them with many opportunities to get my order right. They’ve called me «Jill»(a Freudian nursery-rhyme slip, I presume), attempted to substitute my order with every other combination of coffee and milk, and forgotten that I, the guy at the pickup part of the counter, had ordered anything at all. You’re very likely to get panhandled here too, but that’s not Starbuck’s fault, and they do a hit-and-miss job of sometimes keeping the bathrooms clean anyway. I blame The Salvation Army, which won’t feed the homeless unless the starving pray to their absurd deity, and which holds those mandatory prayer meetings in the outside seating area of the Starbucks at night after they’ve closed.

Although baristas were friendly forgot my order. Bathroom was dirty! Urine on floor. Yuck! It almost seems like a rent-a-Starbucks instead of the genuine deal.

This is probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It’s constantly dirty(fruit flies in the bakery case anyone?) and they run out of things that a coffee shop should not run out of, like Splenda, plastic spoons, cream cheese for bagels, etc. I’ve received drinks that tasted like chemicals, and venti coffees only filled ¾ full. Most of the employees are incredibly surly and slow moving, and frequently get orders wrong.
