I just went to this Papyrus to shop wedding invitations thinking that it would be pricey. My plan was to find what I liked and then find one of those ladies that does invitations out of their homes for discounts. I met Laura at the store(we set an appointment though you can just walk in) and you could tell instantly how much she enjoys this part of her job. She is bubbly, enthusiastic about customized stationery. She was so patient. Sat with me for two hours pouring over binders together. Then I went back with the fiancé that evening — and she spent another hour with us. I went back the following day and finally placed the order. She never made me feel rushed, she multi-tasked when she had to oversee other parts of the store but basically spent a ton of uninterrupted time helping me design a beautiful invitation that was less than what I expected. As it turns out there was a great sale and I ended up with 20% off. Boom! I would be glad to give Laura and Papyrus my business time and time again. The customer service has been wonderful, and it’s fun to work with someone who genuinely enjoys what they do.

I love Papyrus but when I walked inside, I felt as the employee kept on looking at me & my boyfriend as we were gonna steal something. It didn’t feel so welcoming & I felt as if they looked down on me as they are much better, it seemed. Still love Papyrus & love the Niquea. D stuff & display Georgetown has. But not really wanting to go inside again.

Awesome store for finding cute, thoughtful(yet expensive) cards. Wide selection. Helpful employees. True, a card here may run you $ 7 or so, but these are GOOD quality cards. Definitely my go-to card shop!
