I was in DC on business for a two week stay and booked an appointment with Quency. He is 100% the professional. Talented, kind, and friendly. I had four members of his team assisting at various points during my time there and all were kind and obviously passionate about what they do. The salon is easy to get to, easy to schedule appointments with, and great at communicating with you prior to and following your appointment. I will definitely be back! Gracias, Quency!

My first experience at Salon Quency was very enjoyable. My friends noticed and adored my new color. Patricia did an excellent job delivering the color that I’ve been looking for. The space was very clean and stylish. The staff is passionate and friendly, and you can really tell they’re doing what they love. I highly recommend this salon! I’ll be sending friends and family to Salon Quency.

I have curly hair and it is very hard to find someone who knows what they are doing. I’ve been disappointed so many times. My husband went to salon Quency first and recommended I check it out. Victor dyed and layered my curly hair and it was exactly what I wanted. Their paying system is not set up yet where you can leave a tip from your credit/​debit card so I would recommend to bring some cash if you would wonna leave a tip. Definitely going back to see VICTOR!!!

Salon Quency is perfection. The hair is hot, the staff is hot, the ambience is hot, my fingers are hot from typing this out so fast because I am so excited to give a rave review that I can’t even slow down to use periods or other punctuation oh man 10 out of 10, and I’m not using the east coast scale — I’m talking LA good or better! If there was a Miss Universe pageant for salons, Quency would win, I don’t care if there is intelligent life somewhere with fierce hair, there’s no way they can compete with this. Reasons why I loved it: my hair came out perfectly, my shampoo included an AMAZING scalp massage, and the treatment was 5 stars from start to finish. I’m definitely going here for my pre-​wedding haircut.

It took me years to find a good hairstylist who understood my personal style and did not impose their own agenda on my look but that also gave me honest advice and great tips for home care. Quency is professional, talented, visionary, consistent, and truly cares about his customers. His new shop is intimate, well-​lit, modern and very accessible by metro, car or bikes. His staff was friendly, organized, and very attentive. I highly recommend Quency’s Salon and will continue to support this Latino-​owned business.

Quency is the man. He is the best hair stylist I have ever had, hands down. I have been going to him for over a year and I wouldn’t trust ANYONE else to cut my hair. I learned that lesson the hard way when I had to go somewhere else while he was opening his new salon and it was a terrible experience. He is super passionate and isn’t just there for a paycheck. He takes pride in his work and makes his clients satisfaction his #1 priority.
