So one time I came here to get my hair pressed. The gentleman who did it kept up a constant conversation while continuously burning my scalp. When he was done I was touching the open scars on my head from te burnings and noticed 3 places where he’d literally burned my hair out and there was only a small patch of hair remaining. I complained to the stylist and he said my hair was weak there. My hair hadn’t been pressed in a year. He refuses to acknowledge that he’s used excessive heat. It was a conversation that went around and around.
