Horrible Service! Completed an online order and was informed that it would be delivered within 30 – 45 mins. After an hour, I contacted the store and was told that my order was on its way. 30 mins later, still NO PIZZA! All and all, I never received the pizza as the store closed. This location will never receive my business again!

Don’t even bother ordering from here. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME we order from here we have to send it back bc they mess up our order or they just take 2hours to deliver the by then cold pizza when we live literally less than 5 minutes away. And their representatives are so unprofessional and even lied to us about how or pizza should arrive in 5 minutes but then when I called back I heard him saying «we ain’t even make the pizza yet» so I just said nevermind and ordered dominoes instead. The only reason I ordered here more than once is bc we got a free pizza every single time they messed up our order. Never. Again.

i would leave zero stars if possible, waited 1 hr 58 min and called four times after they said they were on their way, rude on the phone the whole time, said «theres a location closer than us, dont know why you ordered from us?» first shouldve said that two hours ago and second fix the papa johns website that told us to order from your location, will not go to any papa johns locations after this

I would love to give them a half of star. I ordered something and paid for it online. When the delivery guy came it wasn’t my entire order. He then say I’m sorry we didn’t have everything but they charged me for everything. This business is becoming worst by the second.

Horrible service!!! I ordered my pizza and its was not even cut, I called to talk to the manager and spoke with the assistant manager he promised me that he was going to send me another pizza out immediately properly cut. I waited a whole hour and a half for my second pizza I called back to the store and the manager told me that the driver had already
can you send somebody a free pizza and have them wait a whole Extra hour and a half this is unacceptable!!! please no one visit the store they treat your pizza like trash and they do not cherish their customers.

It’s there when I’m too lazy to cook. It’s a chain so food is pretty standard to Papa John’s. Usually order online, tried to add something to my order once so I called the restaurant, got put on hold forever, then was told they couldn’t add the item to my order because they already started to cook it and if I wanted it I had to pay the driver in cash, which I didn’t have. The person on the phone wasn’t apologetic and overall rude. I’ll still order food but make sure never to call them again, no customer service!
