Ok don’t get blown away by the outside appearance, even when you walk inside, don’t get thrown off by the huge bullet proof glass that you have to speak through from a small whole. Good thing is, if you would like to see how your food is being cooked, you can see it through that same small whole. I am big on this, «if I can’t see what cha cookin, Ya not gettin my Mula». Anyway, sooo many great things to say about the food. The price is right, fresh veggie toppings every time. I always get the Italian Sub, it is theeeeee freakin best. Trust me,

My mom had been bringing me here for years! Have always had the Italian sausage sub with pickles, hot peppers prov cheese and fries ketchup salt and pepper! Every single time its made to order and perfect the hot peppers add to the spicy taste of the flat Italian sausage cooked crispy in the flat top grill. I’ve since moved to Richmond va but still visit home and everytime I come I gotta have one. Its super huge and last me two days! Would have given five stars but the old owner Asian guy name kym used to collect customer pictures and put them on the glass and call them his kids my sister and I are still on that wall but he is gone now. park at the gas station and walk over street parking always leads to seeing some type of show or display of ignorance or no one letting u out

One the best steak & cheese spots in DC. I go here to get a $ 5 half of steak & cheese sometimes. The subs are delicious and they hit the spot every time, and that’s about all I can say, the rest of the menu doesn’t compare at all.
DO NOT!!! ever get a pizza from this place, they make these little square thin crust pizza that taste like the frozen pizzas they sell in a grocery store but slightly worse. Imagine a really cheap $ 2 frozen pizza with some added cheese that’s been overcooked in an commercial grade oven, that’s a Mario’s Pizza house Pizza!
Call in your order, do not wait in the crappy unsafe waiting area.
