McDonald’s

This place should be ashamed of itself, god help the next group of dirt squirrels that mess with the wrong guy.

Started liking the coffee better than Starbucks. Its good to inside of Mcdonald where you can sit and relax, and you have restrooms, snacks, fries, coffee, soda etc. Ao many options and definatly better than Starbuck.

Wade through the homeless people on the sidewalk, go inside, order your food, ignore more homeless people shoving cards in your face while you wait, watch the construction workers order after you but get their drinks & food before you even though you ordered the same thing as them but because the cashier is talking to them in Spanish she serves them first while you stand there, fill up your cup with tea, take a drink & realize it’s very old, dump it out & get a soda, sit down & eat your burnt fries, then navigate through the homeless on your way out, making sure to note the cool retro highchairs before you leave.

Wow. This is not a good McDonalds at all. I went here today for lunch. I got a simple chicken bacon ranch salad. When you come in there are a bunch of people sitting around sleeping in the booths. Really. Then you walk up to the register and your not sure if you are supposed to go to the left or right, because there are so many people just standing around. So, I just kindly stand there until someone says” may I help you”. the guy at the register was pleasant though. I did have to repeat my order. That’s fine. it was noisy in there. There was a woman in calling out orders for pickup. Wow she was really rude to one customer. I felt bad for him. Maybe its not a good day for her. she did look like she was expecting too. Could be the hormones:) Anyway I get back to my office. My salad is not good. How do you mess up a simple chicken bacon ranch. Well all the greens in the salad were bad. They were old, wilted and brown. Even the red cabbage and the tomatoes were mushy. Nothing in the salad was crisp or fresh. Even the chicken… which I got crispy was blah and kinda greasy. Then i am picking threw this mushy salad and i see a black hair! Really!!! Just a mess! I wouldn’t ever order a salad from them again or anything for that matter. That was a total waste of 5 bucks! I won’t be back

Service was good when I came here on a whim around 6 pm yesterday. I got my food pretty quickly. The cashier was friendly, and the place was pretty clean and had a steady stream of customers.
A couple of con’s: people were just sitting around at various tables, mostly keeping to themselves or chatting with each other (but not super loudly) and the French fries were not what I expected and the Big Mac was small.

It’s a McDonald’s…you know the drill. For Washington D.C., this one is in a pretty safe area, and I’ve been pleased with the quality of food and service here. Sure, you still get your homeless and the like… it’s not the Ritz. But for when you want or need a McDonald’s downtown, this is generally a good option.

If you need help getting rid of your McDonald’s cravings, this is the location cure you of your guilty greed for McGrease. I should’ve known: 911 isn’t the most reassuring address number. Well, a few of us dropped in here for some McNuggets. Even though the place wasn’t packed, we had a hard time finding seating because all the seats and tables were dirty. We finally had to flag down an employee to come and wipe the table, as well as some crap off the chairs.
The real disappointment, however, were the McNuggets, which just tasted stale, dry, and very unappetizing. And I should preface this by saying that I actually do like these things usually (I know some of you would say that they always taste that way…). The dollar menu burgers also seemed a bit off.
For a fast food chain, I sincerely do admire McDonald’s care for its products and for its ability to maintain its standards. So, in relation to other locations, I have to say that I’ve experienced better ones than this.
