The place is clean, good was hot and fast(no one in line) but the staff was not friendly. No smile. No greeting.

It’s really a 4.5 because they wouldn’t put honey mustard on the McChicken. But it fits my exact expectations of what a McDonald’s should be.

I did not like this location because the staff is very rude, unprofessional and really did not understand what«plain» without cheese or tomatoes meant. I got food allergies and had to get my order redone couple of times during my visits at this McDonald’s. It was the closest fast food from hotel at the conference. I shall ride the subway or buses to go some place else next time to eat fast food when not wanting to eat dining room food.

It’s always a challenging experience at this McDonald’s. Today, the $ 1.29 fries rang up as $ 1.39. The cashier had no idea what I was talking about. Since I was buying three of them, I wanted it rung up correctly. A manager-type was brought in, and after some brain sit-ups, finally got it. Unfortunately, she could not open the register to refund my money because everyone was charging their food on credit cards. One guy charged a bottle of water. Huh? After someone finally paid in cash and the register opened, the manager-type asked me what the refund should be. She thought 70 cents. I said three dimes plus tax. The line of people behind me was not happy with me but they are still paying more for their fries than they should be and will be forever. I wonder what other items are mislabeled or programmed incorrectly. You almost have to visit this McDonald’s to appreciate your local one. It’s bad on so many fronts; too many to write about here. It really is a mini mental clinic based on the bad behaviors of the customers. Each time I’m in the area, I just have to check this place out and see what’s going on. As one of my favorite actors once said, «I gots to know.»

Worst McDonald’s EVER!!! Rude, rude, rude and act as if they are God’s gift to it’s patrons. Non-English speaking staff, that when poor behavior was reported she acted as if I’d insulted her FAMILYMEMBER! When asked for a DMs contact info, she said pay your money or get out of my drive thru! I told her to just keep the food they’d probably spat in and left!

Very rude and impolite. A customer was refused service because she wanted to buy a homeless person a burger. PLEASEDONOTPATRONTHISBUSINESS. Bad reviews = less patrons = decrease in sales. McDonald’s if you can see this a change is definitely needed.

The place is filthy on the inside and the bathrooms are abysmal. I saw a guy walk in, ask everyone for change, pick a fight with another black guy for not helping him out, urinate on himself, order, then sit down in a chair and eat his food. You think the staff cleaned up the chair?

Ok, this area is a little sketchy and so is the McDonalds. If you eat here be prepared to be accosted for money both inside and out. My double cheese burger was the same as I always get at other locations. The staff here could be a little more friendly, they seem angry.

Because you can’t give zero stars. I’ve been to this Mickey D’d two mornings in a row, a Sunday around 9:30AM and a holiday Monday around 7. My first visit the place was very busy and my second visit it was nearly empty. Surprisingly I was able to receive crappy service both times. There are three register lines and one pickup line. First trip I ordered and went to find a seat to wait for my order. A manager type was walking around and clearing trash from tables, but no one was wiping the tables down. The sunlight shines directly into the restaurant and salt, food particles and other nastiness was clearly visible, but if it wasn’t trash, it was ignored. They don’t have paper products available, so you have to wait for your order and hope there’s a napkin included to wipe off your table. When my number was called there were so many people at the pick up line waiting to get their order, or correct their order, that the guy put my tray down because he didn’t see me within 15 seconds. I fought my way to the counter and this clown had the nerve to say«I had called you.» A guy who came in right after me and ordered one burrito was still waiting and rightfully complaining after I’d eaten my food and was walking out the door. So, day two I walk in, hoping day one was an anomaly, but alas the crappy service prevailed once again. The tables were cleaner except for three that had salt and food particles on them still and another employee loitering about the dining room oblivious to it all. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel meal. The guy in front of me ordered the sausage extra value meal and because the Spanish lady didn’t understand him very well, he pointed to the picture behind her and she looked and said«okay.» My number is called and when I sit down there’s no bacon on my sandwich. I go back up and show the lady and she says«no bacon». I said that I know that but I ordered bacon. She says«you want bacon?» I then told her in Spanish that that’s exactly what I ordered and yes, I want what I ordered. About this time the guy who had been in front of me comes in to say she didn’t give him the sausage he ordered and she says«you order number 3» and he goes off telling her that they screw up his order every time he comes in. Ugh

Bathroom is really small… People who work there are ghetto they will talk about there customers about what you got on or what youre doing. If youre okay with that then cool if not go to a different mcdonalds and you will be able to avoid a argument and a fight with the employers. I really think this the worst mcdonalds. I never gave anyone a 1 star but this one is horrible. The one in southeast is beter than this one. How can this be?

We like this McDonalds because it has a drive-thru that is on a route we often take, although the turn off from NY Ave is a bit sharp and going round through the drive-thru line is a tight curve and there’s very little parking. The site is also pretty hard to reach from the inbound land of NY Ave without a turn. Because it is so busy, as it’s on a major intersection, the food is usually fresh and not been sitting getting soggy long. Sometimes we have trouble understanding what the clerk/cashier is saying; we’re not sure if this because of the microphone system, or because the staff are distracted and talking to someone else at the same time. Fish sandwiches, milk and hot tea are always good, an Angus burger seemed to take longer and a couple of time they have been out of something(e.g., yoghurt cups). And there’s always«homeless» people or other street people around but they don’t seem to pester the way they used to.

Don’t use the drive thru unless you’re okay with whatever they give you for your money. Don’t order hot chocolate. It was beige hot water/milk. No chocolate flavor whatsoever. No ice in the iced tea. I thought they couldn’t really mess up a drink order. I was wrong. If I had not been on my way to work(which is why I used the drive through) I would have returned it all.

Negative three stars. Eek. Welcome to THE worst McDonald’s in America. The franchise owner, International Golden Foods is an awful franchise owner and should have their license revoked. Just in case you’re not too sure, IGF also has America’s SECOND worst McDonald’s in the country a little farther north on New York Avenue. This McDonald’s is supposedly 24 hours. Riight. On several different occasions and at all different times I have encountered this place closed or just not responding to drive-thru customers. 11:30 pm(Monday) — Drive-thru speaker: «Sorry we close!!!» 1:45 am(Saturday) — Drive-thru speaker: *Silence and clicking* 12:07 am(Friday) — Drive-thru speaker: «Nah, we ain’t got no smoothie. The machine broke» 1:55 am(Saturday) — Drive-thru speaker: *Silence with kitchen sounds* 2:10 am(Saturday) — Manager inside store: «We closing, y’all need to leave!» 4:08 am(Sunday) — Drive-thru speaker: «Eh, eh, sory sor we coren-lee eh closing.» 10:45 pm(Wednesday) — Drive-thru speaker: «Sir we is closed for 20 minutes come back later.» 11:50 pm(Tuesday) — Drive-thru speaker: «Nahhh, the ice cream machine be broke.» It’s always something. During the olden nighttime hours, you’d always be abruptly greeted at the drive-thru with, «We is not doing dolla’ menu items at this time, no breakfast items, just 1 – 13 and large combos only.» Those days are gone – I guess enough people complained at this ghetto trash and those people were ejected from the store’s crew. Large combos only? What kind of scam is that?! The food is slightly below average – if you can get it. If the food is actually available then you’ll probably receive response #48: «Sorry, credik cart machine broke.» I wouldn’t be surprised to hear something like, «Sorry babies we only be takin’ checks tonight.» The inside is gross and I would never go inside. I’d honestly rather go eat in a rat infested alley. You’d be a wise one to also avoid going inside. Relegate this location of the semi-golden arches to drive-thru service only. The parking lot, much like the traffic jam Wendy’s across the way routinely encounters weekend drama – as you know Ibiza(club) is right around the corner.

Let’s preface this with the fact that I’m not comparing McDonald’s to all other restaurants, or it would always be a 1 or a 2(unless I am drunk, in which case, McDonald’s would always be a 5). However, even relative to other McDonald’s, this is terrible. I have been there approximately 10 times, 2 of which the credit card machine was not working, 1 of which they had no Diet Coke, and 1 of which the icea cream machine was not working. Because of the super long drive-thru lines, I waited for up to 10 minutes before I learned these things. In the case of the ice cream machine, after waiting in the drive thru line for 10 minutes, I was told to pull forward to determine if they could get it working. They totally forgot to come out and tell me and I wasted another 10 minutes. Annoying. Speaking of the long lines, they are often so backed up that they make you pull forward and wait for your order(approximately 3 of my 10 visits). I am there because I need delicious hangover food, and I need it fast. Because you wait forever, your food is often cold by the time you get it. Once, I asked them to make it fresh, since I had seen my bag sitting there for close to 10 min. She brought the bag back 15 seconds later, claiming that it was fresh. Ronald Freakin’ McDonald could not make a cheeseburger that quickly. In my most recent visit I was told that you couldn’t order anything off the dollar menu, only the extra value meals. I have no idea why and when I asked he just said over and over«no dollar menu». This makes absolutely no sense since I was trying to order things that they would already have prepared for the extra value meals(for example, a small order of fries). The food is also poorly prepared. At least twice they put pickles on my cheeseburger. Even if you take them off, they leave a gross pickle-y taste. They also slap together the burgers so that they are misaligned, meaning that you frequently get bites with just bun and that much of the cheese ends up on the wrapper. I’m not asking for Citronelle caliber presentation, I just want the two buns and the toppings to line up! Finally, on one occasion, they tried to pass off Coke Zero as Diet Coke. For once, there was no line, so I went back through the drive-thru and said«This isn’t Diet Coke, you must’ve given me Coke.» She said«We are out of Diet Coke, so I gave you Coke Zero.» I said«Those aren’t the same thing, you can’t sub in one for the other.» She argued and said«Yes, they are.» When I explained that the purpose of Coke Zero was actually NOT to taste like Diet Coke, but rather to taste like Coke, she continued to argue. I know I am picky, but I am entitled to my pet peeves. Besides, the customer is always right, b*&$%!
